Overall I have had a good experience with KFC when I dine in. This is the second drive-thru incident I have had recently so I decided to write a review so hopefully management will address this issue and consistently repeat orders when they hand it to the customer at the drive-thru. So this is what happened. The guy at the drive-thru asked me if I wanted a biscuit with my order. I told him yes. When I pulled up I asked for two honey packets for my biscuit. Got home and to my surprise there was no biscuit and no honey!!! One star because it was my fault for not checking for the biscuit after we discussed it twice.

Probably a bad idea to eat here and their terrible service saved me from eating here. After waiting over 30 minutes for an order, I was to it would be 15 more minutes... For KFC? They could have at least told me when I placed the order.

I love KFC because the workers are soooo helpfull and kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. The food is fresh and tastes AMAZING!!!! Another reason is the bathrooms are very clean.
