The el Pollo loco in Laguna Nigel off the 73 is AWESOME. The food was great, same as always at el Pollo Loco, but the service was Fabulous. I never rave about service at fast food, but here, from order taking to food delivery to the guy taking out the trash, all the employees werr engaging, helpful, professional, and made sure we had a great visit. Serious shout out to Laguna Nigel El pollo loco. Id give 6 stars and i wished i lived closer, but we were just passing through!

So I got the ultimate shrimp boul, it looked absolutely nothing like it was advertised. All though, when I started eating it, it taste even better then the advertisement depicted. Everything in the meal was fresh. You can tell this owner and his managers dont cut corners. Best El Pollo Loco Ive even been to, totally blew my mind with the quality of food! Keep on doing what your doing.

Worst service ever... spend 15 minutes at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order... go to the window then wait another 5 min while watch the employees talk... and ignore me... have to honk to finally get their (short) attention... "f"ing punks...

I will absolutely visit this place the next time I visit San Francisco. Food was amazing and the waitress made the visit awesome. The place is casual and laid back and gives you the opportunity to be in an upbeat spot while able to hang with friends.

The person who took my order barely spoke English. So much so that when I got home I was surprised to find my avocado chicken burrito without beans was a bean and rice burrito without beans. Which basically is a rice burrito.
