I wont go here ever again. Luckily I dont live nearby. The staff here dont have a concept of what good customer service is. Clearly they dont take pride in their work. I ordered from the drive through only to realize they messed up my order after I left. I drove back and walked into the restaurant to get my missing item. I neglected to realize I didnt get my receipt at the drive through so the staff "disappeared" to the back supposedly trying to pull up a record of my order on the computer. No one told me thats what they were doing. When I asked if there were getting my item I was finally told what was going on. They kept me waiting and really could care less that I was in a hurry. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other places nearby. I cant imagine other places being worst than this.

After a long day at work I had a craving for KFC. Knowing it was late, I looked for closing times. This KFC was still open. I arrived at the drive thru 35 minutes prior to closing. I wanted 4 Original Chicken thighs. They said they have no more original. They refused to cook any more. I was third in line and would still be sitting there so I accepted their only option, extra crispy. I paid over $10.00 for this. Drove home only to find 3 pieces in the box and they were like "OLD" they appeared to me as though they were under the heating lamp all day. I was extremely disappointed. I tried calling the following day, but got nowhere. Knowing they were going to gouge me on price, one would figure they would at least make sure the food was decent.

Every time i go get food from this kfc i am always missing half of my order. Im at the point of going out of my way to a diffrent kfc if i have a craving for a chicken bowel and chocolate cake. This kfc needs to fire the pepole they have and get new pepole. How hard is it to get an order right... And i tryed to call so that i may get my cake i payed five $ for at a later time. When i culd get a ride and the phone rings only to be picked up but NO one will ansower its just nothing.. I HATE THIS PLACE! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM OR SOMETHING IS GOING ON LIKE POCKETING THE MONEY FROM THE MISSING FOOD.

Really bad service, it took them about 5 minutes to notice that me and my family were here. Employes were playing around. Talking about their personnal.problems. cashier never offered me drinks i received my order to go when i told her that it was a dine in dinner. Also no utensils in the bag napkings or plates. Really bad cuatomers service.also one of the girls from crew that was leaving put her hand in the chicken conpartment and took a pice on her hand and just walked out of the restaurant. SMH.

Great service from Daniel my previous review was one star five years ago, i decided to go back and give it a second try. Wow is all i can say. The young man was very polite and helpful. Our order was a 20 piece fill up meal. We wanted to eat at the restaurant but wanted it to go cause it was too much food for me and my wife. Not only did he accommodate us but he also gave us plates to eat on while we where in.

This is the third time I have come to this KFC and they didnt have what I wanted. This time they didnt have any bread for the Chicken littles, they were out of Pot Pies all the tables we dirty just like the last time. I work near by and I give up trying to grab a bite to eat for lunch at this location i might as well drive to the next city to eat at a different KFC.

HORRIBLE! Cold food that took over 20 minutes to get out. Employees were in the back chatting and not working. 2 different people inside restaurant that hasnt purchased anything drinking alcohol The worst was the vulgar music playing loudly over the speaker system. Just awful!!! Dont ever go here!

So furious right now! I literally waited for 15 minutes to drive up to the window for them to tell me that it will be another 15 minutes!! Seriously?!! Not only that they were so rude and unprofessional its like they dont care of your business! ! Last time I come here! !

Everything about this place sucks! Dont do it! They serve rotten lettuce in their sandwiches. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Gets orders wrong. Will never return to this KFC again! Save your money! Go to Pollo loco instead lol

First time I came here it was fine, I was satisfied with the service. Second time around the food was already cold, I shouldnt have to heat up fast food, thats why Im getting fast food in the first place! Not coming back.

Best lunch weve had at a KFC in a long time. The popcorn nuggets actually had meat in them!!! The potpie didnt even taste frozen and the mashed potatoes were great. Will definitely be coming back soon.

I rarely eat out and the changes at staple FF joints like KFC over the last decade or so are a big reason why. It tastes like wasted money- may as well eat the box.
