The bathrooms are not kept up at all. Nasty. The restaurant floor was not clean at all. If I was the owner, I would make it priority to keep the place looking to the minimum standards that el pollo loco expects. This has to be the worst location Ive been to. Clean it up people! !

Drive thru is SO SLOW. Seriously, 30 mins stuck in the drive thru is VERY common. The tables are setup in an awkward arrangement inside so it is hard to move around. The food is fine, its El Pollo Loco standard.

El Pollo Loco is pretty consistent from place to place. Thats a good thing. I remember when you could eat here and other fast food places for 5-6 bucks. Almost $9 for a 2 piece dark meat combo.

The are super SLOW to accommodate the drive thru ! Every time I go its 20-30 minute wait. Something should be done to increase efficiency. Terrible!
