Customer service sucks !!!!!!!!! I placed my order online to carry out, thinking it will be faster to get my food, well I get there and as usual nobody cares, nobody greets me. Diana (the manager) was on the phone taking an order arguing about some coupons, (she was taking forever) when I asked her if theres someone else that could help me, she totally ignored me. I end up not getting my food. I feel bad for Pizza Hut corporation that is constantly loosing customers due to this disrespectful employee that can careless about this business. This happened on Sat. Nov. 06, 2016 at 2:50pm. Diana was the person who didnt care about your business.

First time Ive ever been let down by Pizza hut was last night. Both pizzas were lame but my bbq chicken didnt even have bbq sauce on it... $45 for two pizzas hurts when theyre done half ass..
