I am incredibly happy with the amazing food and customer service I have received over the last month. Not only does this company uphold its meal ingredients and expectations (not one other company can deliver "no onions"). But Alonso made an extra effort for me this week because I had surgery. I know he cant always promise door step delivery but making it work this week meant a lot to me, while I cant walk. The pricing is competitive, the food is satisfying, and the customer service is outstanding.

Fresh and fit meals has been a life saver! Ive been a client for almost 2yrs now. Its really worked with my busy lifestyle. Now that I am 8mo pregnant, having this meal service has allowed me more time to prepare for my little one and spend less time grocery shopping and meal planning. The best part will be having them around post partem when I wont want to cook or even leave the house! The convenience is key. I recommend them for all busy and new mommies out there!!

Started great but slipped fast until I dropped them, to many of the meals I loved got replaced and then the quality started slipping , like meals molding on third day rice turning colors off taste meals. They were always happy to replace the meal but I didnt have that kind of time and when its all you eat it needs to be what it was advertised. I have been using Fresh & Fit Meals for a couple years now. Their customer service has been awesome, the food tastes great, and its all at a reasonable price. The meals are always delivered on time as expected and there are so many options that I never feel like I am eating the same thing twice. In fact, I recently just ordered another bulk meal plan and am now getting both breakfast and lunch delivered to my office on a weekly basis. Keep up the great work!

My experience with fresh and fit meals was amazing . They make eating healthy much more convenient and easy . The quality of their food is hard to find in most meal prep companies. Thats why I highly recommend if your prepping for a bodybuilding competition or just for on the go . Their food tastes great ! Hands down the best meal prep company in SD .Cant wait to get more meals from them !

I recently found out about Fresh & Fit Meals on Yelp, and Im so glad I did! The food is delicious but the customer service is beyond amazing! One of the reps, Alonso, has been assisting me with all my questions and is very informative. You cant beat fresh food, fast delivery and great customer service!

The meals are easy to order, variety of options, and very responsive customer service. I would like more vegetables in some of the options or a choice to choose only veggies (no rice/carbs)... but I really appreciate how responsive the customer service was- that is probably the best part!

Fresh and Fit meals are very convenient and very tasty. My personal favorite is the chocolate coconut balls. Soooooo gooooood!!! And healthy. Meal prep with so many options that are enjoyable, organic, and delivered to your door step. No brainer. Great work guys!!

I cannot say enough great things about these meals. 1. delicious 2. great nutritional values 3. so many options 4. customizableee unfortunately, we had to discontinue because the price became a little steep for us (21 meals for $200/week)
