I live in Orange County, but I went to see my dad in Newbury Park. I ordered over the phone for pick up, but when I got there, the manager told me that they never got my order. I asked him who else was working that night, and he told me that he was the only one there at the moment, and he was pretty sure that no one had called. I asked him if the number that I had dialed on my phone was their number, and he said, yes. Yet, he still denied that I ever called, even after I showed him their number on my phone. After that, I asked him if they would offer me some sort of discount for their error and apparent lie and cover-up. He simply said, nah. (Keep in mind, this is still the manager). So, I left, and will not revisit. I like Pizza Hut throughout Orange County and LA, but this manager and store was just a joke. I wouldnt be so surprised if some 16-year-old kid took my order, but this was the manager.

I had 3 separate orders during a special sale and when I went to pick them up they were ready on time. I thought my order came with free bread sticks however I was told they werent, nevertheless Billy offered me some for free because of my misunderstanding. His service was really really great and the pizza came out very yummy so kudos to whomever was working that shift. Thank you Billy!!

Horrible management, Tried reheat and sell to me someone old pizza.. The worst thing when i told them this pizza is not freshly made and the manager is looking inside of my eyes and telling me it is freshly made..WOOOW i worked at pizza hut for 4 year dude.. i know what is look like fresh pizza BEWARE check your pizza before left this STORE!!

Excellent service over the phone. Erick was very friendly and helped full. My wife wanted some pizza and I did not know what to order . I asked him if they have some specials for 2 people and he told me their specials for 2 people . He helped get a good deal.

This is a take out or delivery shop. Out of the 5 times we have picked up pizza there, they have never gotten the order right. Now I make sure when picking up our food to open the boxes and check, they get annoyed but that is there problem.

trash...no sauce..no toppings...rotten service. no clue HOW this place has stayed open....many years ago the pizza was Decent...but not in the last 4+ years. save your $$ eat a shoe box...tst is the same.
