I showed up last night at your Chick-fil-A location at 10:02 PM. One of your employees, a young man who was doing clean up work outside the restaurant, politely let me know that the restaurant had just closed. I was obviously disappointed. Then he did something that I have NEVER seen a restaurant employee bother to do: He asked me what I had intended to order... I said I was just looking to order a Diet Coke to drink this time. He quickly disappeared inside and reappeared a minute later with a Diet Coke, which he handed to me and told me to have a nice evening. I thanked him profusely, and tried to pay him, but he very kindly told me to keep my money! I know managers may not want to hear about someone not being charged for an item (ha!), but this was so above and beyond the call of duty that I will a) tell everybody I know about this Chick-fil-A and their amazing service, and b) come back repeatedly myself! Thanks for taking care of a customer with total excellence!

Came for a free breakfast sandwich advertised on Facebook. The ad said to share the ad and tag 1 friend you would like to bring with you. Because of this I thought maybe they would want to see this post when we ordered as an indicator that we were eligible for the free sandwiches. Anyway when I asked the employee on the register if I needed to show her the post she gave me a dirty look like I was dumb and said no in a rude tone of voice. They are doing the free breakfast sandwiches for the week (5 days) and this was on Monday. Therefore after receiving the service as mentioned above I had no desire to come back to this location for the rest of the promotion or honestly until I forget about how terrible of service I received for asking a simple question. First time Ive been to a Chick fil-A and receiving such service. A shame really.

Lifelong fan of Chick-fil-a so I may be a little bit biased. If it was closer to my home in Simi Valley I would have trouble paying my bills, and would avoid grocery stores all together, but thankfully this is a good distance away. We also joke around that you get the biggest cravings on Sundays while they are closed. But I understand and fully respect their decision. This location is on point with the dozens of others Ive been to. They set the bar for customer service and cleanliness. Also try the Chick-fil-a sauce, it was handed down from the heavens.

Great food, good prices, and the best service possible means its always an amazing experience here. If you dont know what Chick-fil-A is, then youve obviously been living under a rock. Get out to one and try it. Get the traditional to start, and then try out the spicy deluxe. Be forewarned, the seating is outside only, with limited covering. I have to deduct 1 star because every now and then there will actually be weather in California and the seating is less than ideal.

Every time I order I always get a strawberry cookies & crème shake soooo good!!! And this kid named Wesley always takes my order Shout out to him !! :]]]

Best sandwiches in the sunset. Doesnt cost an arm and leg either. They give you a choice of bread along with the sandwich, also ask for jalapeños to give your sandwich a kick. Items on the menu are all less than ten dollars Sandwiches may be a bit salty for some, theyre all a bit heavy in flavor.

This place has very fast service even when there is a lot of lines, but there is no indoor seating. It is outdoor only, which would suck if there was rain but who am I kidding? They are very friendly there and the food is very good. A+ 10/10 would recommend again.

Worst Chik Fil A Ive been to. In the span of 20 minutes they got my order wrong twice and it wasnt the first time at this location. A spicy chicken deluxe with no pickles shouldnt be hard but they still manage to put American cheese and extra pickles on it.

This location is quick and easy. There is no indoor seating but I havent had any issues with that. There is usually not much of a wait and there is enough outdoor seating. Its clean and the staff are friendly.

The servers are incredibly nice and there was little wait time. This location is unique because it only has outdoor seating and you order at a window. Think of it like the Simi valley Costco food court.
