Ive been multiple times and I must say, the food is good, quality is good, its well made. Customer service is awful!! If you order for pickup, expect to wait a while because people ignore you even if you are at the front, and they dont come to the front at all. They stay in the back. They even have a bell that rings every time you open the door. No one comes to the front. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. I understand the food wont get any colder but still. Having to wait a while is unacceptable

I ordered a chicken lovers pizza from this shop and it was a disaster. First of all the guy who attended the call while ordering did not have any manners and dont know how to speak politely. The order reached here on time. I ordered a medium pizza and the size was smaller that what you expect for medium pizza and it did not have any taste at all.

Placed two orders, one slight different from the other. They thought I wanted only the second order, waited in store another 15 minutes while they made 1st order. Other than that, friendly staff, great prices when you order online with coupons. $6 medium pizza with 3 toppings Carry Out.

Staff is a little hard to understand here - makes it difficult to order a pizza over the phone - youre better off ordering online, that seems to help them not screw up my order.

I ask for extra bacon and light cheese I get extra cheese and literally 6 little bits of bacon on the whole pizza . 18.99 for no attention to detail and wrong pizza. Really?
