We spent 80 dollars on two pizzas and we were inside waiting for the food when my nephew put 50 cents in the machine to get a fake tattoo. The machine let him put the money in and the machine was totally empty! Needless to say they wouldnt give us 50 cent in order to let him use a different machine or a game. Seriously is 50 cents worth losing customers? Especially since we just spent 80 dollars. The lady at the register was rude. Just kept saying they used to do it. Then the rude older gentlemen was rude when we were getting our pizza. We ordered lrg twist which comes with ranch and he was trying not to give us the ranch. This is the worst experience! From now on I will take my business else where! I suggest if you wanTed to be treated like a human you would too!

This place is horrible my kids and I were sick this weekend and wanted a pizza just in time for the game this Sunday, we ordered online and ahead and the pizza is still not here! I called more than 20 times to be put on hold for another 5-10 minutes by a man named Safi who promised us discounted pizza the next order and said sorry its going to be about 15 more mins, and its already been 2.5 hours! Had I known I wouldve dragged the kids in the car and just came to pick it up! This place has done this to my family way to many times and should just. All if they cant handle the man power to take in orders for delivery. I wouldnt waste my time and I would go for some other place that actually cares.

This round table has always sucked. Terrible customer service and zero people skills. Refuse to take delivery orders 40 minutes before they close cause they dont know how to cook a pizza in under 40 minutes. I usually love round table but this place has been the worst for the better part of the last 5 years

Great pizza and good location. We have been coming here for years. The staff are friendly and there are lots of tables including two large rooms for parties. The building is a little old and could use a remodel.

Good pizza, but poor customer service. Consistently backed up. Often takes 45 minutes or more for a single pizza, and thats with online ordering for pickup. Cant imagine how bad it is for delivery.

Pizza would taste even better if it wasnt overpriced. Slow service also. One time had to wait 1-1.5 hours for a single pizza. I have only eaten ere bc we have team banquets/awards night here.

They really need to improve the service counters.I had to wait 15 minutes to get into line because the line was so long.Also,the Chicken BBQ was so messy that I used five napkins.

I will never ever go back to that pizza place. My pizza was over $25.00 and it was burnt and the boy at the counter just looked at me like I was crazy when I said something!!

I think Im only going to order for pick up from now on, My pizza just arrived cold I went to put it in the oven but its also over cooked and burnt black around the crust.

I dont know how some people will love this place its okay. They dont offer any coupons online or from the store. And your pizza comes burnt

Made to order pizza. The parking lot is a bit tight. Always easier to call ahead instead of waiting 20 minutes after you get there.
