Its been over 3 years since Ive been able to eat at a five guys and I had almost forgotten how good they were.The last two that I ate at were in Chattanooga TN, and Athens GA. I forgot how much I loved their food. Their fries are always fresh, granted a bit salty, but I love salty fries. Dont listen to these snobs who complain about salty fries, their fries are freshly cut from potatoes before theyre dropped in the fryer, you cant get a better fry anywhere.

I enjoy the variety of toppings and quality of meat and buns for the burgers here, as well as the free peanuts! Some aspects are strange though- the cheese was not melted on the burger, which is odd, and the service is friendly but pretty slow considering the store was not busy when I visited, even accounting for the fact that my burger was made to order. As many have mentioned, the space is small so dont try to visit here at rush hour.

Place is good however it is small inside. I do see it being a possible challenge to find a seat to eat inside while its busy. Everything is fresh and they say nothing is frozen. The Cajun fries might be too hot for some so Id advise getting regular ones if your sensitive to spice. No shortage of fries served. It can be a bit pricey for a burger and fries but if you want higher quality and fresh it might be worth it to you.

Went in and order a bacon cheese burger with a1 sauce and a cheese burger with no mayo. They gave me 2 cheese burgers, no bacon and both had mayo. Never had an issue with five guys, and their food is amazing. Dont see how you manage to forget bacon, on a bacon cheese burger. The condiments are understandable. But bacon, on a bacon cheese burger. I hate to be critical, but how can you forget something like that.

Today was the third time in a row where I ordered bacon, paid for bacon and got no bacon :/. Otherwise a good establishment, but if i pay for something I like to receive it. At this point they have swindled a free burger out of me by not giving me what I paid for. I would avoid them for a couple months until they can get their service and consistency to a better place.

Good food but really bad service. Two off the clock workers hanging over the glass window talking to the cooks playing around. I order my food online so I can be in and out but that never happens because they have what look like teens playing around instead of working to get the orders out.

Yummy cajun fries. If you like a little spice definitely try these. Only downside is you cant order over the phone and to order online you have to enter a credit card other then that food was yummy. If you get there at the wrong time youll be waiting a while.

i really like 5 guys, but his location is on the smaller side making it hard to find a table....orders take to long and when you get it, your food is cold....my suggestion, do an online order ahead of time....or just go to Bettys. burger.

Over rated. Expensive. In and out , even Carls Jr is preferred. Their French fries are saltier than McDonalds. Never again. The staff was nice though :)
