New Pronoia Bliss
This used to be the best undiscovered place for students to study (used to be). Now, especially in the warmer months, it gets pretty loud and crowded, almost beating out Starbucks on Contra Costa in Pleasant Hill. Free drink refills (tea, lemonade, etc.) makes it bearable, so wear your earbuds. Also, there are a plethora of wall outlets. Check under the seats if youre dining at a half booth. When youre a student - its nice to have a variety of food at your fingertips, from pastries to soup (which hits the spot and satisfies most cravings, especially if youre craving carbs).

Usually we are very happy with everything at Panera. I particularly like the. Turkey chili, the chicken with wild rice the chicken Fuji Apple salad and strawberry fields in summer. Tonight I tried the new entree- broth with chicken wont,on. I was VERY disappointed. While it was good, for $9 I expected more than 4 wontons and 1/2 bowl of broth for a full serving. It tasted ok but there sure wasnt enough of it! Im still hungry! I wont have that again. I should have said somethings while I was there,, but I didnt.

Always good. They serve comfort food and its a great place to bring kids. There are always tons of soccer moms,baseball teams and other sports. The restaurant is popular from early morning until late at night. You can get fresh hot quiche in the morning but they usually run out around 11am or sooner so you have to get there early. They have a lot of young workers who are attentive and di an excellent job of aerving the customers. They akso bake fresh french bread on the premises which is very good.

Ordered food to go, one sandwich was missing. So I drove back to get the sandwich and the sandwich I got only had cheese and avocados on it. It was supposed to just be a normal BLT with everything on it >_> The people were really nice about, but two mess ups on something like that is just a pain when I really wanted lunch. Didnt even eat the sandwich cause it was just bread, cheese, mayo, and avocados. Dont think Ill be going back honestly cause its just too much a hassle :/

On the list of things I absolutely hate: ordering a simple iced latte and waiting 15 minutes for it because the employees misplaced my order somewhere and I have to ask someone about it. Edit: well after waiting for 15 minutes they forgot the syrup in the order so it was incorrect. 8 people working back there 7 people getting their orders before mine and Im the one that gets screwed. Unlucky.

The best customer service Ive had in a very long time. The new manager-- Randy I believe is his name- what a great person! Smiles, greets everyone, walks around making sure everyone is doing well... he connects with the customers. He goes above and beyond and I appreciate the few simple conversations weve had. Other than that this Panera is a winner in my book. No complaints here :)

Was very tasty and I like the variety of ways you can order (to your table, from a tablet up front, from a person, etc). Good place for slightly healthier options than a lot of other quick lunch spots. Food did take a while to come out, so be prepared to wait a few minutes

Great place to hangout and enjoy food or drink. Theres lots of Changes to the menu. Good healthy options as well as healthy drinks. Good smoothie too. Wi-Fi is free and there app is great to use to order food. Plenty of seats available and staff is friendly & prompt.

I had breakfast here today and the experience was altogether excellent. Coffee was very fresh, staff was professional and courteous, sandwich was hot and the facility was clean. I will certainly visit this Panera location again when I return to the Concord area.

Panera bread is a restaurant that I wish was in my home town! Sad for me. The choose 2 option is great. The sandwich and salad is an awesome deal. Its clean and the service is friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

They were very stingy with their croutons. I ordered a large bowl of soup and I had to ask twice for more croutons and they were still stingy and looking at me like I ask for a difficult task!!!

I just asked for water. A waitress gave me a large cup and was refreshingly polite about it. Either way, a visit to Panera is a visit to Panera... Next time, maybe well make a food run.
