I used to work at panda express. This one is the best in the east or south bay. The only problem is if you go after 830 (they close at 10) they stop refilling the line and make you ask and wait for whatever you want that they dont have ready. I understand they try to run out by the time they close as to not waste food. The problem is they here it is 9 pm and there are 26 people in line or just waiting for items to be prepared. The cooks look all pissed cause they started cleaning up and breaking the line down too early. And this happens all the time. Ill drive by and I can just see everyone waiting for food to be cooked. They dont seem to change their rate of production to suit their flow of business. Point being if your going after 830 be prepared to wait longer than usual.

We used to order from Eastern Winds while we were in Irvington, but so far in Newark this is a good solid choice. Not as good, but no complaints. Unfortunately, they dont have duck =( They deliver and the food is above average. Which is a good kudos for your common-level "chinese fast food" delivery. Personally I really liked their Generals chicken.

The service is horrible here. I Will not be coming back. I was overcharged for my food and got a rude reply from the cashier when I spoke to her about the issue. Came back because I had forgotten the soy sauce and she gave me attitude and told me I had to wait because there was a line.

So so Chinese fast food if you are in a rush or right on money. The orange chicken is the popular one to go for if you like their originals. Its definitely better than fast food joints like McDonald or Burger King because the food is cooked and fried.

This is the best Panda Express Ive ever visited that being said it is still Panda Express. The food is more or less the same as any other Panda Express but the employees are very polite.
