The worst Cold Stone I have ever been to, by far. Management clearly does not care about this location. Cold Stone corporate should shut down this location as it is an embarrassment to the Cold Stone brand! The number of things wrong is incredible: no A/C, vanilla ice cream labeled as Sweet Cream, staff making ice cream without gloves and touching toppings with their hands directly, ran out of lids, ran out of bags, back completely dirty and unorganized, understaffed with long line, staff did not know the signature creation recipes, bad furniture layout, young poorly trained staff, bathroom out of order. If I was a mystery shopper for Cold Stone corporate, this location would be immediate shut down.

Bad management, the person taking the order did not even ask if we wanted anything else and moved on. Had to call her again for additional orders, took forever. And the next person who came decided to make mine and next customers ice cream together. I requested for some extras that I was charged for but that went to the other customer, in effect no extra toppings were added onto my PINT size order. Inexperienced and gave excuses such as we opened 2 days ago!! Never coming back to this location!! Also, the restroom was filthy and stank of crazy!

The management and staff is totally unprofessional and rude. They after incapable of handling custom orders. They call 15 minutes before delivery time that they dont have everything to finish the cake and they are so rude , as if it was not their fault. Dont go there for any custom orders. They will lie to you that they have everything and call you 15 minutes before delivery time that they cant finish the cake.

Amazing Ice cream, generous serve-sizes and enthusiastic service! The server helped me try lots of flavors. It was a relief to find a seating place in the really hot afternoon after shopping at nearby Sprouts. Love the store.

I like their signature ice cream selection, it use to be fast service where youre in and out relatively fast. Recently the quality has declined and the staff seemed new, but still a good place to go.
