My wife used to work at the building right next to this establishment! I would drive out during her lunch break and we would enjoy some good burgers and fries before I would leave to work the night shift in San Gabriel! Sadly, we had an extremely bad experience that made me decide I will never go back! It has been almost a year and the memory of inconsideration management and the employees showed was frustrating! My wife ordered a chicken sandwich which always came out delicious, but that day my wife noticed the chicken was slimy and ultimately tasted like it was expired! We brought it back cause maybe it might have been a minor problem. They had brang out a new chicken sandwich and the same problem persisted! We again brang it back only for them to show no interest in taking of the matter. I mean the chef and manager looked at the sandwich the same way they looked at the last one and decided the only way solve it was to throw it away and refunded the money we spent purchasing the food! She was on her lunch break and neither one of us enjoy our meal for the day! I know some might look at this and conclude it is old news! To me this why some dont return like myself! Hopefully they show more empathy and fixed the problem before more problems continue!

I love Habit ! I have been to this location and others and have never been disappointed. The burgers are great (this is the only place I would eat a burger apart from In N Out) and every now and then they introduce a new kind of burger/sandwich into their menu. For the price, taste, quality and customer service, I think this place (and all other Habit grills) deserve a 5 star

Loved this place in the beginning, but theyve lost their originality. There are stores popping up all over with drive thrus and it just is getting too commercial. Disappointed in our last visit..Prices have gone up.

Nice ambience, clean, feels more like a proper restaurant and not a fast-food place. Great hamburgers, sandwiches and fries. Desserts are also yummy. Price is right, great value.
