Ordered carryout large mushroom and olive thick crust. Got home and the dough is raw. I call and they say bring it back, and they replaced with original crust. Didnt offer any compensation for the trips I made. She kept saying sometimes people like it cooked longer, no I just wanted it cooked. That was disgusting, and my last trip to pizza guys.

After getting a coupon in the mail, we ordered a large pizza half mushroom half salami. We ordered it at 6:39. My husband left 5 mins later to pick it up. He didnt get our pizza until almost 50 mins later after being told its be 35 mins. It was cold when it was finally given to him. What a way to NOT get a repeat new customer.

Just wanted to compliment your Marysville location on the promptness of your service that I received yesterday. I ordered my pizza online and the ETA was 55 minutes, but to my surprise my pizza arrived in 30 minutes the fastest delivery ive ever had from anywhere. Thanks for you fast and friendly service great job!

We heard good things about them but our experience caused for a different opinion. Their pizza was more cooked on one side their veggies were not fresh...their service time took way too long. All in all just wouldnt eat their again.
