We have been to this place many times. The pizza is good, customer service is O.K. Tonight customer service was extremely poor. My husband called, placed an order and gave his credit card information over the phone to a female employee. When the driver showed up, he asked my husband for cash payment. My husband informed him that he payed with card and that the driver needed to sort that out with the female that took our order. Fast forward to later tonight, a young man called asking my husband for payment. My husband asked who took the order to begin with. Nobody could tell him. We have no problem paying for our pizza, we wanted to, but we have an issue giving our credit card information AGAIN when 1) no one can tell us who took the order 2) that the order was posted as cash payment and 3) that no one can tell us where our credit card information is now! There was no manager in duty during the first call, but Phil (store manager) told my husband no one there would do anything like that. Phil, I understand you have faith in your employees. Thats good! I, as a customer, cant say that I do. Im concerned that you cant answer basic questions about a transaction that took place in your shop to protect my personal information. Ive worked in customer service for over 15 years. Tonight, your business failed. We did pay for our pizza FYI.

You dont have to listen to me, but I know a few things about pizza, ok? Ive been to NYC and had their toppings on a burnt cracker garbage that they call pizza. Ive been to Chicago and had their meat pies. Dont get me wrong, deep dish is good, but theres a reason them folks are so.... uh.... healthy looking up there in the windy city. Eating that daggon pizza keeps them from getting blown away! Pizza Guys nails a California style pizza. Fluffy, soft, doughy crust with a little corn meal on the bottom. Fresh toppings to your hearts delight in all forms and fashions and assemblages. Tangy hot wings that dont burn your lips off, but let your tongue know youre not eating cardboard. and the best part? Its almost like theyre GIVING pizza away! We can stuff the whole house for two or three meals on less than $30! And it tastes good? And they deliver? Say whaaaaaaaat?

For a take out place. One may think that there would be ample parking at the front for the customer. I arrived for a pick up, because the delivery was 1 1/2 wait. 6 employee cars parked in front of the store. When I asked about all the employees parking in front, the young lady replied they are all available for delivery. I said that does not make sense since it was a long delivery time…. She had no idea how to grasp the concept of customer service.

There are a lot of offers available, which is great for when you really fancy a pizza. This is just a place to order and either have delivery or take-out, not a dine-n place as there are no seats or tables for that. Their All Meat pizza has much more meat than specialty meat pizzas I have had from other stores.

Absolutely not the best pizza in the trivalley. Its OK pizza but they never are able to get the order right. We order thin crust and they NEVER make the pizza with thin crust. Their online ordering tool through their website is a piece of junk, dont bother trying to use it to place an order.

I completely give them 5 stars after being hung up on by papa johns it was great to get someone that knew my area and was helpful in getting dinner to us in a timely manner after a day of moving. So recommend them.

Worst service dumb employee dont know how to write down the correct address or phone number. So when you order make sure the dummy can spell or else you wont get a pizza just a bad experience

Best Pizza Guys!! We went to lost world in Livermore and Joe had all six pizzas delivered at exactly 1pm for my sons 4th Birthday! Best Pizza Guys from Livermore to Modesto. THANKS GUYS!!
