AWFUL!!! I have ordered from the Round Table on Laguna Boulevard twice a month since September 2013. My past three experiences have been beyond awful. March 27, 2014 I placed an online order for a skinny crust pepperoni and a pan crust pepperoni to be delivered. The pizzas were delivered, only to discover that we received two skinny crust pizzas, not a skinny crust and a pan crust. I thought this was a one time, bad experience, since we had had such good luck with this restaurant in the past. Boy, was I wrong!! April 9, 2014 I placed an online order and paid online. My order was delivered and the delivery driver scanned my card with a handheld reader, and asked me if I wanted to include a tip. I told him that I had included the tip when I paid for the order online. He had no idea that I had already paid for my order, and my card ended up being charged twice. This second charge was reversed when the delivery driver called it in to a manager. April 18, 2014 After having my card charged double charged the week before, I decided to call my order in this time. I called and placed my order for a skinny crust pepperoni and a pan crust pepperoni. The call was made at 6:17 pm. I was told that my order would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. At 7:20 pm, the delivery driver arrived. He brought out his handheld reader, and scanned my card. The machine did not respond. He scanned the card again, and again no response. I asked him if he could call the store, and they could charge my card over the phone. He told me that the machine wasnt working, and that he needed to make a call and ask what he should do. He came back about 10 minutes later, and told me that my area was a low signal area, and he could try one more time. He tried to scan my card again, and once again the machine didnt respond. He then stated that he didnt know what to do. He said MAYBE he could he come back with a different reader later. I told him to forget it, as it was already over an hour since I placed my order, and I didnt want to wait another hour. He took the pizzas and left. This was now over an hour and 15 minutes since I placed my order. I immediately called the store, and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred to someone who did not identify themselves. I asked the employee for their name and if they were a manager. He stated his name was Travis, and he was an assistant manager. I explained what happened tonight, and the bad experience I had had last week. He told me that he MIGHT be able to call the driver and have him bring the pizzas back, and he could try charging my card over the phone. I told him not to bother, as it had already been well over an hour since my order was placed, and there was no guaranty that he could even reach the driver to have him return. He expressed zero concern over the situation, and did not apologize. I am appalled at the way I was treated by the employees of this store. Not once did any of them apologize, or seek to remedy the situation. A simple solution would have been for the delivery driver to call the store, and charge my card. Another solution would have been for Travis to apologize, charge my card over the phone, and send someone back immediately with my pizzas, or new ones. Instead, the driver left with my pizzas, the assistant manager was rude, and Round Table lost a loyal customer.

This seems to be our regular go to pizza place. One main reason is they are open later then others during the week. Most joints close out 9 or even stop delivering earlier but here I ave ordered right up to closing and they took my order still and delivered it. They have gotten a lot better of the years. A few years back it seemed they were always messing things up and disorganized. But lately they have been on top of it and doing a really good job. The pizza is always hot and delicious. They arent the cheapest pizza but they arent the most expensive either. We will be having the deliver plenty more in the future unless major problems arise.

I had to deduct a star because of their service, or rather there "requirements" for pay. Apparently, the bearer of the credit card must now be present to pay for an order "to prevent fraud." I find this utterly ridiculous given that the cost of a couple pizzas is not worth trying to steal. I think this is more about forcing delivery when a customer cant go themselves to the restaurant. The pizza is good as one expects from Round Table, but customer service is going to be no better than most fast food places.

Im a big fan of the lunch buffet. You get a lot of variety and you can request whatever pizza you like. PLUS you can eat as many garlic twist and cinnamon twists as you like! This locations seating is a little tight/awkward, but the service is good.

Have had 2 terrible experiences here. One night my pizza was delivered passed 1 am.....they close at 11. Another time my pizza was delivered and all the toppings were on 1 side of the pizza. Only place ill eat pizza from though

My group had limited time for lunch and opted for the lunch buffet. HUGE MISTAKE!! First over charged for a little child.Not enough pizzas brought out and no plates. Staff not very responsive. Waste of money and time.

The lunch buffet is terrible here. I come here to eat the kind of pizza that I like to eat, and they dont have the basic flavors of pizza available. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a slice of pepperoni :(

I ordered for delivery, waited an hour when they said it will be there in 30-40 minutes, then driver calls and says he cant find it and that hes lost then he says sorry but I cant order it to you

The most bland tasting pizza I ever tasted. The sauce is mediocre and cheese is just not cheesy enough. Support the local pizza places like Pizza bell, Lampost, or New York Pizza.

I still remember going to a Round Table Pizza with my Dad at least 50 years ago. They used to have a Ground Beef and Onion. Wish they still did. Always a good pizza.
