Hey so you know, we never wanted to go to this sorry excuse for a pizzeria but we happen to get a $25 gift card for Christmas so we thought hey, what the heck! We will try it. So we drove there when we dont even live in Roseville so it wasted a lot of our gas and we finally get there and walk in, (in reminder this is our first and ONLY time we will ever go.) So we walked in it seemed okay at first and we get to the counter specifically we wanted a chicken garlic with mushrooms and WHITE sauce. And we asked him how we should get it done, well he wasnt much of a help He pretty much stood at the counter looking like a toddler confused of what to do. So he asked if we wanted white sauce with garlic, so we said yes, and took our order then we waited for a pretty good solid twenty minutes and he gave us our two pizzas (made exactly the same.) So me and my mom left and took them to my friends party and we all sit down and go to eat and realized this genius didnt put any CHEESE or SAUCE. Both pizzas were burnt because there was only chicken and mushrooms burnt into the dough of the pizza so us at the party ate one of the burnt "masterpieces" and left the other one to take back, no one could even eat the other one because it was just dough with mushrooms and chicken burnt into it, so we called the next day and told the manager so he told us to bring it in and we did so we walked in again telling them the situation and they refused to give us our refund so the genius who made the pizzas kept repeating "there is sauce and cheese" so we told him to take a bite and see and yet he refused and in exact words said "Im not eating that." Laughing so there was only one person with common sense, she was a pretty good round sized lady. She seemed like she could catch them all in a armbar and have make them say grampa. But she tried to reason with us and told us we have to order a six cheesed pizza in able to get the right amount of cheese a normal pizza should have. So til this day we will remember NEVER to go back there ever again, unless we want sauceless and cheeseless pizza of course, if thats even pizza and to waste a couple weeks worth of gas. So we called customer service and I cant wait to wait two days to find out whether were getting outlr gift card back or not. Thanks for nothing Happy friggin new year (Thanks for having un-american sorry excuse of pizza makers work in America to represent us). Thanks papa johns!

So pretty much the worst customer service I have experienced. I usually dont take to posting about this on facebook, but my online order got messed up (which I absolutely double checked) and the smug guy on phone was rude and dismissive and basically told me to kick rocks. Pizza wasnt very good, got the wrong pizza, and basically just an all around horrible experience. Dude, litwrally cut me off in the middle of a sentence. Thanks for ripping me off 20 bucks Papa Johns. Just PSA, avoid them. Ill be making sure I post this experience to every single place I can find and let everyone in my neighborhood know. Way to lose a long time customer. Im also entertained at the obvious shill reviews below from obvious staff members. Its one thingvto mess up an order, we could have worked it out, but the snarky treatment on the phone, yeah thats not going to work. Ill be callimg corporate tomorrow.

Never again. I have ordered twice from here now. Delivery both times. The first time it took nearly two hours for my pizza to get here, and when it did it was cold. The second time I ordered tonight and again after nearly two hours I called them. Well wouldnt you believe it, they screwed up my order for delivery and it became carryout. ANOTHER COLD PIZZA. I am done with this place. They disgrace the chain.

Online ordering was easy. Price was good. I have to say I never rate pizza places.When I got this pizza it was so fresh...it was hot out of the oven. It was so good. Everything on it was fresh and the crust was soft. I was impressed. The delivery driver was also friendly.
