I heard about this place from a friend who posted about it on Facebook. I read a couple of reviews prior to ordering and one of the reviews said that this place is always busy and that you should call in your order to avoid the wait. I though, any place that always has a line has got to be okay. I called in my order, a number 4 with double mac. As I arrived just a little after 6pm,(expecting a line) there was plenty of parking right in front of the place. Only 2 customers looking at the menu, the place was empty. This is not a sit down type restaurant. The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Soup Nazi but Asian style. The place looks institutional with a huge, very high counter. Not greeted at all, just a stern look from a bitter looking older Asian lady. I told them I called in my order and I gave them my name, my plate was ready, they gave me the total and said thank you. No smile from them, and no thank you either. The food was very disappointing. The dry overcooked meat is drenched in MSG or cornstarch. The macaroni salad again, drenched in mayo. The taste is not horrible, but if you have had authentic quality Asian food, you will be very disappointed. B-mans has the same dish but is much much better. I think this place does well because its in a primarily low income immigrant community where many of the people dont really know what quality teriyaki is supposed to taste like and they have very little in terms of options. Definitely not worth a drive to that area, I wont be back.

Ahh yes the good old Thai Deli what a hidden Gem upon first glance you see the weak poorly lit signage Thai Deli not very welcoming, but my mother reassured me that it was top quality teriyaki why the name Thai Deli you ask? Well for one there are a variety of dishes some Thai some Chinese but all cooked to with lots of love my friends I always stick to the chicken and short rib combo well done on the chicken they char it to perfection and Eric is doing his happy dance!! FYI I did not give five stars cause well not the best customer service skills at this place!

Ive been a customer here scince I was a kid all Im going to say is this place never dissapointed me but later on the prices had gone up but the food would never make me turn away because of its quality. Recently I told my boyfriend about this place is the best to eat and no other thai food has this taste for more! He was down to try this I bought him the chicken terrakyi combination and he didnt doubt me at all he enjoyed it even though it was his first time trying this! and would glady buy again

I must try the pad see ew here at some point. The pad thai is great, but I really want to try the thicker noodles. I love that the portions are so huge. One order of pad thai here can last me three meals at least. Its not as great when it gets re-heated, but its also not bad. I only wish that they were not cash only because I hardly ever carry cash on me. When I do, I come here for noodles and curry.

Been eating here about 20 years (as of 2009). Youll see plenty of cops, nurses, doctors, firefighters, bus drivers and pretty much every professional so you know the food wont make you sick ;-). Seriously, you may want to call in the order before you go because its very busy at lunchtime and because everything is freshly made.

The best thai food by far! This place is always busy but if you phone in your order then they will have it ready by the time you get there. Its not a "sit down and eat" place so dont expect it to be a pleasant experience if u eat there. Get your order to go and enjoys this delicious food at home while watching TV :)

Best thai spot around. This little hole-in-the-wall restaurant offers generous portioned meals for a cheap price. The food is ALWAYS delicious no matter what you order. My personal favorite is the half n half Thai chicken and bbq. *Tips: -Cash only -Never any parking. Carry out is best.

This place is very popular and gets very crowded. I highly recommend you order by phone. Space here is limited. Only 3 tables available. Take out is a must. Delicious teriyaki. The Suwanna Special is my favorite. Good Thai food.

My favorite is the chicken pad see eww, you can definitely share. I also like the mixed fried rice. For the kids the teriyaki chicken with rice and macaroni salad. They deliver which is great, we sometimes order for the office.
