Can it be? Sandwich Shop in the Bay area? Yes it is! When I took a trip across the country a few summers ago though, I discovered Sandwich Shop. Im not really a sandwich person when it comes to fast food(with the exception of Vietnamese sandwiches). I try to avoid Subways and Togos although Ill occasionally goto a Quiznos. This place though changed my opinion of sandwiches as fast food. Delicious fillings stuffed into some of the tastiest bread Ive ever had. When I saw that Sandwich Shop s had opened in CA I knew that I had to go the next time I was in the City. I got a BLT, and it was as good as that summer bike trip. Now I just need more excuses to make trips to CA .

My favorite Sandwich Shop place in the city! Their pulled pork sandwiches are delicious! You can get a mini cat head biscuit for $1 with jam/honey. Their mac & cheese is also the bomb! The staff is super nice and the vibe is super relaxed.

Solid pizza. Ive only ordered out, so i wouldnt know what the place is like on the inside, but the pizza is very solid. What youll want to order is Stuffed Pooles for desert Think tiny little jam stuffed donuts done better.

Excellent food and open late, when you need something to eat but dont want diner or fast food. Really nice sandwiches, both hot and cold, and reasonable prices, too. Friendly staff make this a place to remember.

When the owner greets you by name, it makes my lunch experience so much better. Best salami and provolone sandwich! Bread is amazing and toppings always fresh. Get the mustard vinaigrette...its delicious!

This is an amazing little lunch spot. I enjoyed the "clubber " sandwich while the other person enjoyed the "detox" salad. We will be back before we leave SF because we enjoyed it and the neighborhood so much!

Insider tip get the sweet potato burrito, add black beans, and change the ginger sauce to curry. Whoa. (There you go Andi). As usual, every meal I have here is fab. If you havent gone, do it.
