Friendly, delicious, and quick are all words Id use to describe The Sandwich Shop. I happened to come across The Sandwich Shop and decided to give it a try. I was at first confused with the layout, they have quick grab and go items like a mini convenience store, then theres boba, and then theres sandwiches. Seemingly random but it works! sandwich & boba. I got the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Salad with Avocado, but one bite of the spicy chicken and I knew this was meant for a sandwich. I should have known since the cashier, William told me that this is the only sandwich they offer that is double baked, meaning they bake it once with the bread, meat, and cheese, then once more with all of the toppings, so everything is nice and toasted from the inside out. Not sure if it was my lucky day or what, but William, the cashier who initially helped me out came by later with a complimentary drink, their signature Rose Green Tea Lemonade drink which was surprisingly very very good. Not too sweet, but light and refreshing with good subtle flavors. Definitely would recommend the sandwich shop. It has a very homey mom and pop feel and I can tell all of the workers are friendly, honest, and hard-working. Its one of those places where you are rooting with them for them to do very well. Now if they also serve some bomb soft serve ice cream next time....

Hands down the best salad Ive had in a while. It is kind of hidden but the sign by the door helped a lot. The person at the register is the owners son. Hes really friendly. He offered me a customized drink and it was amazing. It was a sample of his assortments of mixes that hes planning on opening up soon a part of this location. That drink btw was to good. You can taste every flavor of it. When you stop by, ask him about it!!:) Tell him David the traveler said so!!:)

Their sandwiches cost about as much as a Subway sandwich but are about a million times tastier. Also, youll be served by 2 or 3 chatty, friendly women--instead of one surly Subway sandwichista. Many folks seem to love the chicken salad sandwich, but for me it doesnt get any better than the BBQ beef with everything on Dutch Crunch--amazing! Also, their breakfast sandwiches are reeeally cheap and very, very good.

The sandwich shop is run by a really nice daughter/mother team who always greet you with a smile. There are a couple standouts on the menu: the meatball sub and the spicy teriyaki chicken rice bowl. Decor is nothing fancy, as its all takeout, but its good value for the money.

Salami sandwich was on point. In particular, their sourdough bread was really good and fresh. The price point for a sandwich can range, but is on par for San Francisco. Their fixings included in the price are quite good.

That dutch crunch bread is SO EN POINTE. The Manage a Trois is a perfect partner to the bad boy. A bite of the crunchy bread with their awesome sauce, moist shredded chicken, tomato, and lettuce is too perfect for words.

This is one of the best or the best sandwich shops in the bay, its just off the hook , sandwich prices , are very cheap for what you receive , salads are all fresh made to order . This is one outstanding sandwich shop.

Same Sandwich Shop quality and value, new Sandwich Spot location two blocks over. I always opt for the breakfast sandwiches but everything here is tasty, and very reasonably priced.
