My bestfriend and I were in the mood for Italian after a concert. We managed to find this restaurant and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. First off, the place itself is very homey/casual. So kudos :) It was pretty empty so we were seated right away. My bestfriend is a vegetarian so I always help her look for something on the menu. I wasnt feeling pizza so I opted for some beef ravioli and my bestfriend got a vegetable type pasta. I was surprised it took so long to get our food out, considering we were literally the only people there. Once the food came, I forgot about how long I waited bc of how hungry I was... I ended up getting the cheese ravioli (not a fan of cheese) and Im not the type to send food back but I had to! They offered to remake it and I was happy, but that just meant another 25 minute wait. My bestfriend then decided to order their famous garlic-knots for us. They brought them out along w my correct order, in about 5 minutes... Now, first off, my food was cold. I didnt want to "bother" anymore so I sucked it up, but I must admit you cant enjoy cold food. I would probably rate the ravioli 3/10 considering it tasted like it had been frozen for such a long time and quickly boiled. Would not recommend. As for the garlic knots, they were not really that good. They too were kind of cold, & it had a weird after taste. We ate only 1 out of the 4 or 5 they gave, yet we were still charged. My bestfriend enjoyed her pasta, but then again, what can you judged about cooked noodles and sauce. .. The guy serving us was not really attentive and It was a pretty bad experience overall. We definitely will not be back.

A very cozy casual Italian restaurant in Eagle Rock with a lot of charm. It is a no fuss place with a regular clientele, and I understand why. The food and service is very good, the owner is very friendly and welcoming. For our first visit, we chose something traditional, Veal Parmesan and Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Garlic Knots (garlic bread). The Garlic Knots (4 per order) were a perfect companion to the dinner, freshly baked, moist, nice butter flavor and sprinkled with parmesan on top. The portions are generous, we left full and satisfied. Great place for groups and families. There are a few tables outside if you want to watch the world go by. There is a small parking lot next to restaurant, but plenty of street parking if the lot is full. Pizza appears to be a specialty here, so next time I think we will try one of the speciality pizzas.

Kitchen nightmares to Pizza bliss! The only Reason I came to this pizza Joint was because I saw it on kitchen nightmare which was the first time I ever saw the Great Gordon Ramsay in action...So coming here was a must for me! I ordered a large pepperoni and the chicken pesto, the Pizza was great! Great texture, great taste..Spot on!! But.... abit too thin for me, a hour later I was hungry again! The place still looks as Chef Ramsay left it but it could be cleaner! Overall a good dining experience, the twins were awesome,And family had fun! The capri is offering great pizza at a reasonable price. I recommend you go check it out for yourself!

I did not enjoy the food. I went on Sunday to try their pizza and "home made meatballs", and I was given a BRUNCH menu by on of the twins, who by the way was very nice. I liked the service but not the food. The food was not what I expected, too much olive oil in my order of potatoes and bland scrambled eggs, and my calzone did not taste good either, the tastes of the blue cheese over powered the rest of the calzone. I will come back, but this time for a pizza and lets see if they redeem themselves.

Used to go there and liked it but then I saw the kirchen nightmares episode.....doing the show might be goodmfor exposure but from a pr perspective THAT was the nightmare anyone who saw the episode and has even an ounce of common sense would most likely avoid the place. Ill never eat there again. Bottom line is the kind of bad habits they had are not only hard to break they are disgusting, unsanitary and unhealthful

We went for a launch. Pesto Chicken pizza was good. Alfredo pasta was also OK but taste too much garlic. The place was not that clean. Water was not pure. The owner is a very nice guy. He was the only server and i think there was only one chef in the kitchen, it took them kong time to bring the food and check. I hope the owner will be able to fix these small issues and will have a very successful business

Came here with my husband to celebrate our sons musical performance. And the place is just wonderful. We ordered the garlic knots which are to die for.... yum!!!!!! We ordered the parmigiano salad which was a little bit of heaven. We followed it with pizza and pasta. It was super good. We had a wonderful time and the owners are simply fun and I really enjoyed myself. Will be back!!!

I stopped in Here on my way home from a job. Its not a fancy place but it is a nice cozy place. I was met by the waiter as soon as the wife and I walked in. The price are reasonable. The staff were great. The food was off the chart. We ordered pizza it was thin crust and very good. We also had a pitcher of beer too. Great food. Great service good price. Will be back again.

Simply DELICIOUS! Need I say more? The Alfredo Italian with fettuccine was very tasty with pieces of ham and fresh peas mixed in with the sauce. The Chicken Marsala was divine in a scrumptious wine sauce with lots of mushrooms cooked to perfection. Ending with a chocolate lava cake and ice cream, the best. I highly recommend this great neighborhood restaurant.

Just went there for lunch today and it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. The food was delicious and the service from the owner was spectacular. The inside was very clean and welcoming to guests. I dont go to Los Angeles often so I can say that stopping by there was worth the traffic. Hope I can go another time.

“Amazing find” Came with my family of four just before New Years. Wasnt expecting to actually go into the downtown core of LA, but so glad we did. This is what all restaurants should strive to be. Thoroughly professional staff who really know a lot about service and the seafood they serve. Very busy restaurant but they make you feel as if...
