It was terrible. My salad was iced over. It was like they pulled the leaves directly from frozen standing water and it tasted like crap. The spaghetti AND the lasagna was foul. The sauce was worse than most of what you will find in the supermarket. In fact the military MRE spaghetti meal was better than what they served us that night, and Im not exaggerating. Im really not a picky eater but absolutely none of what they brought out to us was any good. The bread was hard and tasted stale. Overall I couldnt believe they were serving the stuff they were serving. I was convinced to go there by someone who had eaten there a couple of years ago and said the food was really good. They were embarrassed for having recommended this place so highly as they found their own entree disgusting. Whats worse is this foul concoction they served took over 30 minutes to come out and I literally had to flag down the negligent waiter to ask for the check. Seeing that we barely touched anything and didnt want boxes (or that we were leaving) he didnt even ask how anything was. He didnt come and check on us once during the meal except when I had to flag him down, he was talking to a female hostess in clear view of us. Overall this was probably one of the worst dining experiences Ive had and will not go back. This place sucks pretty bad!

Family; myself & wife, 2 sons, 2 daughters, 9 year old grandson and a 2 tear toddler (listed as 7 1/2) came last night for a bite of supper and we were told 15 minute wait at 6:30 pm. Waited and 6:45 came and went, and as sitting on the bench in the front of the restaurant heard several others come in for seatings of 6+ and watched them get to go sit and order. Finally at 7:15 my oldest son said the kkids were tired of waiting as were all the adults so we ended up across the street for a delightful total of $136.22!!!!! Wife and i have always ate at Lunas as wife and Carmella (sp?) attended Peoples Churh together, have had 2 wedding rehersal dinners there also when the sons got married, but in all honesty will be VERY reluctant to try Lunas again

Started off pretty well, but our waiter was really rude and unsocial. It took 15 mins for my sister and me to get our drink order. We thought maybe they were busy with telephone orders or something so we let that slide. But we started to notice that we were being ignored. So we asked for assistance and ordered. The food was sloppy when we finally recieved it and it didnt taste good at all. Our waiter didnt check with us until we were about to leave. when Id see him be so friendly to other customers it infuriated me. Service was not good and their steak is way too fatty. I will not be a returning customer.

Many years ago this was a good Italian restaurant, not so today. Older gentleman that seats you is rude and acts like hes doing you a favor by seating you, same goes for the hostess. Sat for the longest time before we were given water. Advised waitress we were ready to order, she replied she would be right back, after long wait we had to flag her down to take our order. Again we had to flag her down to request our drinks. After a very long wait we got out entrees. Awful pizza! Pasta was swimming in sauce. Total experience was terrible, host/hostess =rude waitress=awful, food=bad.

The food I thought was really good! The pricing for what you get is worth but the service is HORRIBLE. The waitress that served us never introduced herself and had the personality of a wall. For someone like me who has worked in the restaurant business I have high expectations for servers and if I could give her zero stars I would. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the food and also for how neat the place is decorated but then again it had no atmosphere. Thankfully I was eating in good company! All in all I would just call in and take your food to go

Male server seemed very inexperienced. Took very long and seemed awkward at the table. I work at Cattlemens in selma n I know good service. And he portrayed none. Every waif staff passed by our table when my table clearly needed refills. I had to put the cup in the edge of the table n even then it took 15 minutes. I prebussed my own table n placed it at the edge again and when the server came around he said, are you done with this. A stack of plates with napkins on top and hes gotta ask? Nooooooooo sir!!!!!

We were seated immediately upon entering. Your served complimentary bread and butter when seated which is served at room temperature. The food was alright compared to many of the other Italian restaurants weve tried i also ordered soup which seemed to be served from a can. Although the prices for some of the items on the menu seem high for whats served. Overall the employees were very freindly but sadly we probably wont be returning to this location.

Went in to try a new restaurant with the family. My Shocktop beer had some sort of dirt or food at the bottom of glass. My veal was tough, felt like over cooked steak, and mine and fiancé plate had about a quarter inch blanket of cheese. I like cheese as much as the next person but it was way too much. Waitress was too busy with chatting it up in the back to notice my fiancé had an empty glass the entire meal back

service was good. clean friendly environtment. I paid $20 for the chicken marsalla. For the price, I was expecting a higher end meal, but instead it was just huge portions, but tasted like most everything had previously been frozen. chicken was dry and had a lot of grisle. It was edible, but we were very disappointed especially because of the price, unless you consider volume a good value.

Very good food, great atmosphere, and right in the heart of oldtown clovis, with plenty of shopping all around. Oh, and I dont know what happend to the girl who rated it as one star, but that has never been my experience. She was probably rude to the waiter first. I mean after all, those of us in clovis end crap like that, not start it. Cowboy up!!!

Most fast and friendly service around had two beers and ordered two Calzones to go . Beers were good and cold but after 30 plus years coming here , and food always was good. Calzones were not very good . For as long as they been here the doughy calzones would of tasted better from save mart frozen section

Had their all meat pizza and the crust was thin and plain, but better than dominos. Topping were great, just the crust that needs improvement. Wifes eggplant had a meat sauce. Most eggplant dishes are vegetarian. Note meat sauce on menu.
