To begin my review -which a las might not be taken into consideration - I feel the need of improvements in the humble restaurant for it is some what unsanitary and could be adjusted as an original can always be improved with moderation. The food is in no way horrid it taste good enough for the average human to want to return. The service however is a different scenario. One couldnt fathom of such a rude cashier. This employee clearly has to learn how to be more communicative with his/her costumer. The considerable improvements needed always make me second guess my choice of selecting that particular restaurant the taste of the food however is the only thing that keeps me from ever wanting to return

The food is god BUT the welcoming committee of idiots prevent me from ever coming back. Why do I have to walk past a legion of the living dead to place my order, wait for my order, and actually try to eat it there in their presence? Im the guy bringing in the money for service! Squirt those upright walking/talking human looking bugs with some insect repellent and watch your profit margin soar to new heights, because customers will flock in. To be honest: that whole area from Imperial to Lanzit needs an enema. I know its a tough area, but damn.... when I drive by I loose my appetite. Too many shiftless beings out front.

Girl in the drive thru window...will always delay order made by phone...meaning youll call make order..but when you get there (on time) ur order will not be done or even on the ticket. ..so waste of time. Burgers are good..9+ Fries ..9 Pastrami..10 Soda..always bubbly Just bad customer service Attitudes. ..Attitudes. ..Attitudes UPDATE. ..... THANKS JIM FOR LISTENING TO ONE OF YOUR MANY LOYAL CONSUMERS. ...IT MEANS A LOT TO KNOW THAT SOMETHING GOT DONE. ....BECAUSE IT DID...THERES A DIFFERENCE IN THE SERVICE. Im a firm believer in second chances, hot burger and bacon. Came back to this spot and got all three!One thing I like about this place is the burger is and stays H O T. Drove my burger home this time and the heat stayed with it. KUDOS! They even threw in some fries - super sweet! Tore those up on the way home tho. Heehaw .Ran into my neighbors - The Blacksmiths - got some free fries, and my second burger was a better experience. Im glad I came back.I still think it should be a dollar cheaper ppl like me hate a la cart burgers and fries any place we go - I dont get it but whos counting? Ill be back ..

when I see a restaurant rated at 25 per zagat, im interested in trying it out. so let start out. Fair is what the food should be rated- 1st time there but to be honest the chicken is just abit better than average the burgers are average at best. This what was recommended from the cashier. The establishment is fair- the walk up window is small so all orders are placed and picked from this tiny access window. The cashier is some what rude and should take a customer skills course. Overall my rating is honest and fair. the restaurant has room for improvement. and should be considered

Wanted to give this place a second chance, burgers where good until I pulled out a long blond or highlighted hair. Unfortunately this is the second time I get hair in my food. I know this is almost normal in fast food and most of the time you dont even know your eating hair, if its small enough not to notice. But when its long and the second time in two months time. there might be a breakdown in employee management. This could be solved by having your employees wear hair nets and better grooming practices to better managing your employees to be more careful when prepping food.

The three stars are for the food unfortunately one of the stars was removed because of the customer service the second star was gone due to the location of the establishment. This place is unique as Far as the local community specialty dishes gos.... however everything about this establishment stinks: let me explain, its not only in a bad and horrible neighborhood but the patrons are disgruntled minority base people that Carry a bold and robust attitude. This whole scene is dangerous after 6 PM I would urge caution after dark.

I have been going to this fast food joint ever since I could remember. The burgers are great and my favorite thing to get is a fried chicken dinner, the grilles chicken dinner is also good too. The service is fast, but can get really hectic as the church next goers from the church just across the street tend to use the location as extra parking on Sundays, but other than that, its a great place to go and get a good burger for a good price.

Breakfast is incredible here. Pancakes, french toast, and breakfast burritos are delicious. A great spot in the hood for a burger joint
