I called in my order one day and specified for it to be ready at 1:15pm. Somehow a mistake was made and when I walked in @1:20, my food wasnt ready. I was given a bogus story about how my food was prepared but thrown away since I didnt show up. Well after a couple of times of me mentioning how I didnt understand why the food was thrown, the lady finally apologized for the mistake they made. and after waiting for a good 10 min, they prepared my food and it was great. Here is the BEST part of the whole thing. The next night I went to get burgers again and WOW a team member by the name of ROSIE approached me and sure enough she remembered me from the day before and with out hesitation she apologized for their mistake. A few days later I was also given a very warm hello by another team member as if she remembered me from that day too but unfortunately I dont remember her name. Anyhow, I was absolutely amazed at the level of customer service that ROSIE provided. At the end of the day, its not just the Habits awesome burgers that would be remembered, its also the team members and how customers are approached and treated. You cant just say Hello, welcome to Habit or where ever else with a smile, but you have to be able to back that up by providing the best service as possible. THANK YOU ROSIE FOR BEING THERE.

This place used to be really good. Since June 2016 we noticed a great deal of downgrade in both test and quality of the food. I am a chef and a Burbank resident who used to enjoy my burgers from this place. Unfortunately, this place suffers extensively from lack of quality control. in addition; the staffs seem to be much more careless than the previous crew. Managers just try to rap up their daily duties without actually caring about the overall quality of the food. Several times the air-conditioning was out of order. The odor of burnt food fills the dining area. This place literally started to stink. I order extra grilled onions and get no onion instead. When I order well done burger I get burnt meat. The bread is so dry that you start to wonder, when they got the bread out. When I go to habbit, I expect a much better food. Presented perfectly and cooked the right amount of time. Not more, not less. Taste , presentation, and customer service was always a winning point for habbit, but not in this place. I hope higher management read this review. We really love our local habbit restaurant and want to see improvements not the opposite.

It is sad when a store gets too popular and the standards go down. My Char-Burger was really over-charred, dried up and puny. The bun was rock hard and the whole thing did not taste good. I am offended that they tried to pass this turd-burger off on me and had I ordered it to go I would not have discovered the bad burger until I got home.........too late then. BUT, luckily I sat at the table in the restaurant and the first bite told the story, so I took it to the manager and said, "this is not what I come here for" He was pleasant and quick to replace the blown burger. The bad one went into the trash. But ygotta keep your eyes open to catch the anomalies. Even this usually good store can make boo-boos. Check your food before you leave!

Seriously crappy customer service. I called and placed a phone order and after I gave my card number the phone call hungup. Went inside store and asked if my phone order went threw they said Id have to call corporate?..why just look on order screen. Long story short had to reorder my food and had attitude from a guy and a girl worker. When all I asked was if my phone order went threw since I gave them my card number. This habbit is close to my house but will go out of my way to avoid attitude from little high school kids. Ran by immature kids and i dont have time for this bs. Wont be coming back. Needs to

The Habits burgers and onion rings are definitely some of the best around! Definitely recommend their double char burger with cheese and their tri-tip sandwich with BBQ sauce on a roll. If you happen to have a sweet tooth, their shakes are delicious and definitely worth a try. This specific location has ample seating inside and also a nice outdoor patio with a good amount of tables/chairs. The service is always great and the location is always clean.

I was so glad when In-N-Out Burger opened up close by. But after coming here, I have to admit that Habit Burger is better. I still love In-N-Out Burger, but given a choice, Habit Burger wins. Their grilled meat tastes better, and everything is a lot less oily. Customer service is great too (but wouldnt necessarily say better in this area). Only gripe is that Habit Burger is just a little too expensive. Id go more often if their prices werent so high.

Great burgers, and not that expensive. The location is a little small and tends to be crowded at many points in the day. The parking isnt the greatest, so the Ralphs parking lot ends up getting spillover parking from The Habit. Theres a reason for this, though: just about everything not related to the influx of human traffic is great.

The food was awesome and the service was good. My food came out quickly and the workers were friendly. The only thing was the bathroom was a bit dirty and there was a puddle of water near the toilet, someone notified the workers and they did send someone to clean it up though.

Burger and fries are known to be great here but what is surprising is that they have great Salads. Santa fe cobb is the best. I love the phone in service because they save your payment method and your past orders which makes it easier to make a new one in under 3 minutes.

Came here yesterday with a group of 4 and enjoyed their burgers. Got Mushroom Swiss Burger and Onion Rings and it was really good & portions are very fair for the price. First time visit experience. good! looking forward to be back here again.

I love the Habit and I have the habit. Any chance I get, or when Im near a Habit Burger Grill, I always stop and get their Double Char! A great burger, they have great fries, and excellent service too! Additionally, theyre always busy!

Everything The Habit serves is great. The first time eating at one was in Santa Barbara 15 years ago. Glad to see them in Southern California. Already spoiled in having two near home in North Hollywood & Burbank.
