I called my order in and was placed on hold immediately by Niecey no problem I know it can get busy... So after being on hold for 9 mins I decided to get in my car to drive there and to place my order while on the way. Niecey never returned to the phone. I advise Niecey once I got to the window she still had me on hold and that she could hang up her response was I know I had you on hold we busy?? I walked right up to the order window?? Im thinking if youre that busy why answer the phone?? I advised her it was bad customer service to keep someone on hold for over 20 mins... Niecey got really snobbish rude and nasty We busy!! How may I help you... smacking her lips and the roll of eyes?? I looked at Her right in her eyes and advised that she couldnt help me and walked away from the counter. Customer SERVICE!! means everything to me!! I was turn on to this place because I just moved in my moms House close by. The food is good but not good enough to be disrespected mistreated or treated rudely the 1st thing people want to holler is recycle your Black Dollars!!! I work to hard and I will not tolerate Rudeness!! Niecey is the short one with the platinum or gold hair. WE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO HUMBLE OURSELVES and BECOME MORE PROFESSIONAL!! Everyone dont have that ghetto mentality I was very offended by her actions.

Food is very good, but the last time I went, I was paying with the meals program. I notice on my receipt that I was charged tax. With the meals program you should not be charged tax. I bought it to the owners attention, and he says to me "after 8:00 p.m he can charge tax. He was very rude and upset when I told him that, that was not correct, he then threw $2 out of the order window. Told me here take it its only a couple bucks. What he fails to understand is its not about the $2, its about knowing when you are wrong as a professional!!!!! Then to play on my intelligence and say after 8:00 p.m he can charge tax, AND HIS WHOLE PERSONA AFTER THAT, VERY RUDE THROWING MONEY AT A CUSTOMER. I TRULY FEEL YOU DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. MY HUSBAND AND I WAS EATING AT THIS PLACE FAITHFULLY, ITS THAT GOOD! , BUT BECAUSE OF OUR LAST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE NOT BEEN BACK AND DONT PLAN ON IT. WE FELT VERY DISRESPECTED!!!! So if you are paying with the meals program please make sure to check your receipts.... YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGE TAX AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!!! Sure it might jus seem like little chump change, but if they are doing it to every customer that pays in that fashion, than at the end of the night, they profit form money they ripped off!!!

Its not often I will make a day run for a family (of 6) for food. I leave around 4am from Las Vegas and drive to LA to shop and eat. This place here has the ability to serve fresh and delicious w/ extra large portions of food... (???) "IM NOT MAD" Im driving over 500 miles for a day trip for this "VERY INEXPENSIVE" that my family loves, meal. Shopping: $300.00 Gas:$120.00 BD BURGERS: PRICELESS!!!

While eating outside a BIG flying cockroach was nesting on my head. I wont be coming back. My only question is how do they have a letter A from the health department. Dont they spray around the perimeter of this establishment also Im wondering if that cockroach came from inside the burger stand. They get a negative star.

Absolutely horrible customer service (from the manager) He actually wanted to charge for a side of hot sauce, $.10. Dont like places like this. Makes me think theyll do anything to save a buck. Never returning.

Love this joint! Best veggie burger in town.Whenever I order here, I can never resist the temptation to get a shake and the deep fried french fries. Pearls is great for a quick and delicious meal.
