I want to give this place a good review I really do, but I cant. Heres the thing, the food is ok, not the best burgers in town, and a little pricey, but its still pretty good. The problem lies in how they are organized and operate. The first time we ever had a meal from this place, my mom had placed an order on the phone for pick up. When we brought the food home, several items we had ordered were missing. We had dined in the restaurant a few other times and the common problem I noticed was that they would serve us the wrong order, or add in something we didnt want. I remember once we had to send an order back twice because they kept getting it wrong. Our most recent experience was the weirdest. Me, my sister and a couple of friends went to eat after a movie. Everything was going fine, staff was friendly, appetizers were all good. When they brought the burgers everything looked fine, until my sister noticed they had not only brought her the wrong burger but there was a bite already taken out of the patty! That was NOT OK, and is very disgusting. Mind you we were very polite about everything and the staff was helpful and got the order fixed. It seems that every time I have gone to dine here, there is always some sort of problem, so I cannot really recommend this place, and will not be returning. However, for the sake of other patrons, I hope North Shore improves upon itself.

We have been to North Shore several times and we have not been disappointed yet. They have a great outdoor patio area. It is seat yourself. The food is always made to order. Their Surfer Burrito is very good along with their burgers. And they have sweet potato fries which are also very tasty. Nice little selection of beers on tap (local beers). If youre in a hurry, try not to go around the lunch hour because it can get very busy and you will end up waiting. They do have take out service which is always another option for lunch times constraints. The place is clean and has a great beach/surfer decor to it. So if you havent tried North Shore Burgers yet, you really should.

This use to be the location of a Rice Garden and that is what I was going for. When I got there, I realized there was no Rice Garden instead it was a burger joint. Below is a recount of my experience: Walked in. Looked around a bit. Saw a seat yourself sign. Sat down. Server came. She took my drink order. I looked at the menu. Mentally made a choice (chili burger combo). Server brought my drink. She walked away. Server came back ten minutes later and took my order. I waited 10-15 minutes. Server brought my burger. I ate my burger. Server brought my check. I paid my check. I walked out. Food: OK, burger patty needed seasoning. Service: OK

Experience couldnt have been better. Terry Everton, the General Manager, went out of his way to visit our table, introduce himself, and even gave us a gift card to come back! The food was top notch, the service attentive, and we will be returning again and again because of the way we were treated! Glad to see restaurant professionals like this in action!

Wandered in for a late lunch on a Monday afternoon. A few brave souls were seated out in the patio, but I needed A/C so we sat inside. Lets just cut to the chase and say we were very happy with the food, atmosphere, and especially the service. Were definately coming back!

Finally a place to bring the kids, grab a burger, beer and watch a game. Start with the combo of fries, rings and sweet potato fries. Create your own burger (I get the turkey) and then split a salad.

Heard about the restaurant through Bob Smiths Toyota. Quite happy we did. North Shore has a fun, yet quaint setting with absolutely wonderful food! Coming back on next "Date night."
