Although the price point is agreeable overall, the food here leaves something to be desired. I came here for a late night dinner on Friday. It wasnt very busy, but there were a few tables seated outside and inside as well. Its inside this huge strip mall, so its not exactly easy to find, but the plus is that theres lots of parking. I ordered the Bistro burger and then split the fried sampler combo (sweet potato fries, regular french fries, and onion rings). The food left more to be desired, in particular the combo. I dont know why people raved about the fried food here - the french fries tasted like they were from McDonalds, and the sweet potato fries were kind of soggy. The onion rings were average. The burger also was not very good. It tasted more like bun than burger. The buns were so thick and bready that they overwhelmed the actual sandwich. The avocado was a nice touch, but it couldnt save it. I know the burger is only $7, but I had high(er) hopes after the glowing Yelp reviews. Service: Its an order at the counter type place, although they do walk your food over to you. It was what you would expect from a fast casual place. Bottom line: At this price point, Id rather go to Juicy Burger hands down.

This food place is located in the Empire Center right next to Verizon Wireless and Jamba Juice. Its kind of tricky because its hidden but once you find those main spots, you cant miss it. I tried out there classic burger with fries. My girlfriend tried the same with a root beer while I got a budweiser. I have to say this place is fantastic. The burger is juice and the fries are soft and crunchy at the same time just the way I like them. It kind of reminds of In-n-Out fries. They have a seating inside and outside. The vibe is kind of a sports bar but still family friendly. Price wise its a good deal because if you get the combo its a lot cheaper. Staff will tell you as well. The employees are accomodating and fulfill your needs. Overall a good experience coming here.I will definitely come back to try out their different types of burgers.

Really enjoy Hook Burger. More upscale than your typical fast-food burger joint, but not over-priced. Appreciate the addition of grilled chicken and fish sandwiches, as well as a few salad options. Nice pet-friendly outdoor seating areas, and servers always offer to bring water out for the dogs. BUT, be warned, the outdoor seating near the grass is subject to the giant seed pods from the adjacent Sego palms. Sego palm is EXTREMELY toxic to animals. I didnt realize there were seed pods (which look like tiny little pickles) scattered around our table until I wondered what my dog was suddenly chewing on! Thankfully, I caught it in time and he suffered to ill-effects. Had he actually eaten one or more of the pods, I wouldve been seeing veterinary care.

Came here on my brothers birthday I had to say the employees are very friendly they greeted me once I came through the door went and order got the prime burger my brother with the pretzel burger I had to say it was amazing the burger had a unique taste in its juices just cooked perfectly with the buns nice and fluffy onions rings crunch to the batter and golden fries are delicious the house ranch dressing goes with the fries or onion rings please come to hook burger because I am hooked to these burgers

I like the hickory burger. Ive also really like the French fries. This place has excellent burgers and they are very large size as well. They serve beer and wine if you prefer. Altho with a burger that size I choose to have a cold coca cola. Some times it get very crowded during lunch time and on the weekend and seating can be very limited as well specially if you are by yourself. Overall, is a good place to get a big delicious burger and enjoy your food

I love this place! I think the patios are so cute and the inside has a nice, rustic feel. My boyfriend and I have been regulars since day one. The crew is so friendly and are always around to get us whatever we need. The prime burger is my usual and sometimes Ill switch it up and get a salad or an ahi sandwich. Ive never been disappointed. The place is always busy so that should tell you how good it is. Havent been to In n Out nearly as often as I used to.

The burgers and sides (fries, rings, etc) are ok but this place is not worth going out of your way to visit. The burgers are way too small (and overcooked, btw) for how much they cost. Service is haphazard at best (good luck getting a refill of that fountain drink). The place looks nice, and serves beer and wine (if thats a selling point for you), but decor and fancy drinks dont make up for the ho-hum food.

The Maui burger makes my mouth water EVERY TIME! Sooooooooooooooooooo good! #drippingdeliciousness and their sweet potato fries are yum too! :D Wasnt crazy about the veggie burger (Counter Burger makes a KILLER one) but this Maui burger will ALWAYS have me comin back. I hit up Game Stop and next up iz ALWAYS Hook. Guess Im hooked #igotjokes LOL yeah Im silly *tee heeeee* :P

Really good place to get a burger.! Been here a couple of times and really love the presentation of the burger. The dine in place is also really nice, youre able to watch tv and it has a bar so that adds to it. It is some what small inside but very comfortable. Plus you get your food delivered to your table so thanks for the table service guys!.

THey remodeled the old Radisson very nicely. Large rooms, modern carpets and furniture. Bathroom was very small, and tub looked old. Bed was comfy, room was quiet, and comfortable. The windows/Sliding glass doors are circa 1970 and rusty, single pane, creeky. Pool is also old. Jacuzzi is large with 2 working jets that barely made bubbles.

Great burgers, awesome fries, and friendly staff. Rather limited indoor seating but, ample outdoor patio and in front of restaurant spots. They have very a modern design with the decor to match. Also, they do a decent booster event where your group makes 20% of the sales for the night. Not a bad venue for such a thing.

I keep forgetting this place is here! Was on a shopping date with my mom and took her to lunch here. I got the BBQ chicken salad and it was very tasty! My mom got the chicken sandwich. The fries are yummy too - get the trio! Employees here are nice. They stop by you table and will bring u any condiments if u ask.

Have came here a few times now and its always busy always a big line but whats that mean ? That the burgers are bomb ! They are as good as islands and cost less .. recommend everyone looking for a burger to stop here . First tme i was here i ordered a double but now i know not to the meat patties are BIG !

Every time I come to eat st this location it seems that either people ordering take forever and the staff stands around noticing people are waiting yet they dont open up another register to speed up the process. Just today had to wait over 10 mins for a couple in front of me. Whats up with that....
