I ordered catering. The meal was not ready on time. The place was chaotic. There were obviously several new people working there who had to frequently interrupt the manager (who was helping me) to ask questions about ringing up customers orders. Unfortunately I did not check things before I left. They forgot the salsa and one of the sides. I probably will not patronize this particular El Pollo again

The food was good but the service was poor. Our drive through order came with no spoons or forks which we ordered a chicken family meal. The order included rice, beans, and a salad. We did not notice there was not any utensils until we get back to our hotel. They also did not include any napkins. We asked for mashed potatoes with the kids meal but was given beans and rice. I was upset with the service.

I went there a little before 9pm. They didnt have any cooked chicken and it would be a twenty minute wait. Thats a sign of poor management- what kind of chicken place doesnt have chicken? Were they expecting people to order hamburgers or something? Geez.

I had a wonderful experience. The attendent that took my order was very helpful. I am currently on crutches and she helped me with getting organized, getting my drink and sitting me at a table.

Located right by the airport, we stopped in to grab some quick Mexican food that we could take on the airplane. These guys have amazing chicken tacos and you should try it.
