Love this Place!! Is it pricey (well depends), the food is very REGULAR nothing special its good but not great(entrees $16+). Drinks are regular supper prices $8-15 for mixed $30+ for a bottle of wine, so no great deals on drinks? on holidays there is usually a cover charge that includes a preset menu I think they charge about $50-75 a person, depends on occasion and that does not include bar drinks. remember if you go on a crowded night (sat. or holiday) make reservations and get there at least 20 min early to get a good seat(ask to sit about 10 feet from the stage in front best view!!), the seating is cramped and nothing worst than getting stuck in a corner or in the back (cant even enjoy the show??) I personally go on special occasions Bdays and Holidays, Check which Mariachi is playing, the Best Players only Play Limited times a year (I think New Years is their best of best show!!) On weekdays it is great to go and avoid the crowds better setting (round tables instead of row seating) and a more relaxed fun feel(great to have an appetizer and Drinks[although I think they require entrée at the 6 and 8oclock shows,so go a little later just to hang with friends) I HAVE TO SAY, IVE GONE TO MANY MARIACHI SHOW AND RESTAURANTS AND NONE HAVE THE QUALITY AND HEART YOU HEAR FROM THIS MARIACHI, ITS TRULY AMAZING AND NONE CAN MATCH IT, so depends on your budget Its pricey if you look at it from just a Food and Drink attitude, but the Show makes it well worth it, if you like mariachi THIS is the place to go!

Party of 4...We got there at 1:25 and they offer us the buffet style ...they did warned us that at 2oclock buffet will be ended...I got my first dish ( yes I new I had to eat little faster to get at least 2 dishes.) In the first dish I got rice,beans and 2 cheese enchiladas ( beans were bad.....rice actually was good ...cheese enchiladas were OK could it be little better if were home made enchilada sauce.... Second dish got some rice and some Chile Verde pork!!! But surprisingly at 1:50 they start braking things down...I asked my server if they would be bringing some desserts and the answer was NO!!!!! SO whats the point to advertise buffet from 11 to 2 if they will be taking down everything before 2?? Me as a chef ( former kitchen manager , line cook, bar manager etc etc etc!) This is unacceptable!!!business are business no matter what!!!!!!!!.... Never ever going back to this such place!!!! By the way food is not that great for the $$$ plus music is to loud !!! Right next to me I think know was one of the owners wife talking about Cinco de mayo ...I was surprised that she was talking crappin shot about Obama and she was talking about Mexicans I was like REALLY??? LOL!!!!!! I was there to eat crappie food no to listen some political views from some random big mouth girl!!!!....

Es un restaurant de comida mexicana donde puedes escuchar un gran miriachi mismos que han acompañado Juan Gabriel, Luis Miguel, Vicente Fernández, Vicky Carr por sólo mencionar algunos y nominados al Grammy y Latín Grammy. Son varios grupos de mariachi entre los que destaca Reina de Los Ángeles mismo grupo que ha cantado a Obama en la Casa Blanca. La comida y las bebidas no son baratas los precios son un pocos altos $$$. Pueden optar por una tabla botonera.

Horrible service!!!! Called twice previous days to ask for reservation and wouldnt take any because they said it was full, we got there and there they were accepting walk ins and wouldnt serve us. They told us that no more space available and not even waiting , which was not the case from all the people that would come in without reservation. Just because we asked an estimate of waiting time, they answered in a rude tone and loud that they didnt have any more seats for us. Also, they wanted to charge us for the 2 cars they parked for us when we didnt even stay for 30 minutes, and without accepting us to eat there. Never again Im I going there, the worse time they made my family experience, and even though Im not a person to talk bad about people or places, this place really doesnt deserve good clientele, as they have their preferences for people I suppose.

La comida y Mariachi Reina de Los Angeles muy bien, las bebidas pesimas,, pedimos margaritas, mojitos y Cadillacs pesimas, acabamos tomando cerveza mejor, le pedimos explicacion por que no tenian cereza la margarita de mango y nos dijo que por que la crisis estaba fuerte ya no le ponian, "SEÑORES SI EL CLIENTE PIDE CEREZAS, ES POR QUE LAS VA A PAGAR" y casi $400 por cuatro personas nunca mas regresaremos.

Horrible! Was celebrating my Grandmothers bday and there was 2 other large celebrations going on and the crew seemed unprepared to deal with it. I literally told 3 servers what i wanted because i dont eat meat and they gave me a seperate bill. It cost $25 dollars for a plate of 2 enchiladas, rice, and beans. My party had all ate their food and i got my food when they started to sing happy bday to my grandma. Ya i missed out on it because i was eating. So then the server gave me the ridiculous bill i gave it to my uncle because he was paying for the party and he already paid for my meal and the server kept harassing me about it and throwing dirty looks at me like my uncles didnt just drop $5,000 in this crappy establishment and everyone who got the steak said it wasnt cooked for a thin slice of meat.

What really makes this place is the mariachi music. To watch a show you have to make a reservation and its a $20 min per person which is pretty easy to accomplish. I ordered the enchilada suizas which were $19. The food was okay. Most everyone at my table liked it but I wouldnt say its worth the cost, but when you factor in the show, then yes, its worth it. The Reynas of mariachi were amazing. Their voices are so strong & they have an extensive repertoire of songs. And although you can buy any of their 4 CDs there, it is much better to listen to them live. This establishment has been around for decades; theyve established a good reputation. The service from our waiter was also very good. Definitely worth a visit if youre a fan of mariachi music.

Our family decided to spend mothers day here so we made reservations over the phone and were told that each plate would go for $25.00 for about 16 of us. So we get there and to find out that they were charging us $35.00 a plate with out warning "we got tricked". There alcoholics drinks are too expensive and watered down. Oh!! i almost forgot the waiters are nice enough to mark up their mandatory tips on the bill to RIP you off even more together with the valet. and they will push you to tip them so be careful. this place cares not about the recession. two steak and rice plates for me and my wife ran up to $70 and another $30 for beverages and $20.00 with there tip.

Lo que nos hace volver es la música del mariachi , siempre y cuando este el sr. José Hernández si no hay entusiasmo el resto no entusiasma el público. La comida y servicio de muy mala calidad , caros muy caros , además los meseros obligan a consumir alcohool si no lo haces sus comentarios son muy desatinados.
