Beautiful venue with a carefully crafted menu full of delectable, layered flavors. They serve fairly traditional new American cuisine prepared very well, but with a few creative twists to keep things interesting. For instance, I had a duck breast with a cherry-port demi glacé over farro and wild mushroom risotto. For dessert, we split the homemade ice creams, including maple pecan (fine), cacao nibs (rich, bittersweet, and crunchy; like what "cookies and cream" only wishes it could taste like) and guajillo pepper (smokey and spicy, but sweet and well balanced by cream, tamarind, and honey). It was an awesome experience, and we savored every bite.

I just had the worst salad ever. 15$ for a Caesar salad it can as 3 leaves that I had to cut up myself with barely any dressing. The iced tea was good. But to spend 30$ on 2 reallllly weak salads that would cost you 6 dollars to make is not worth doing.

Sleek, contemporary decor. Top notch seasonal menu with wine pairings. Excellent service. Most romantic place to have dinner in a 80 mile radius. Include a spa package next door... the key out of any doghouse.
