I have been to this store 3 times this month for Beer Can Ripn Chicken. Once at 11 A.M. once at 11:30 A.M. and today at 1 P.M. each time told it was sold out. Today I went to the drive through, a mans voice told me they were sold out and I told him each time I come here, your out of the specials. A womens voice came over the speaker and in a very abrupt and rude tone told me that promo as over and turn off the speaker not even offering me another choice. I reported this store about 10 days ago to customer service and heard back nothing. This is sad. Why would Popeyes put so much money into advertising a product to never have it available in stores? Love your food when you have it but after today I ill be avoiding the last remaining store in my area.

I walked in, got a hello, and a smile, and pretty nice young lady had taken my order. Its a tad bit over priced, my first time here. I ordered the 3 piece mild spicy chicken combo meal with coleslaw, med/small drink, cream cheese strawberry pie, and I paid $10.00 and some change. Everything was really good, the coleslaw was OK, I miss KFCs coleslaw so much. Ill for sure go again, but next time Ill get a family meal combo, because $10 for just one person is a tad bit much. In all I paid close to $15 just for myself.

There service sucks here we went like two weeks ago and ordered our food in the drive thru we forgot something an asked for what we forgot and they told us we had to go back around to order keep in mind there was no one behind us then tonight we asked for a soda and they told us their soda machine was down and they couldnt make it for us WHAT??? U mean u cant serve your customers something they want they really need to learn good customer service

Always excellent in Dine experience . Drive tru is very good but please always ask for condiments according to your orders. Otherwise they do charge .30cents per condiments such as barbecue sauce or ranch. They do run out of chicken when is weekends and during their busiest times . Manager is very polite and attentive. She let me take pictures so there you have it ! Enjoy .

Horrible service this place is not the place to feed your family unless you want to eat in a pig pin literally tables and chairs are dirty hell the soda machine was even running over with no wet floor sign luckily Im not trying to set up a law suit..dam Im a long way from home never had service like this in Las Vegas I guess theres no place like home

The chicken was good but the sides were a disappointing the green beans a canned taste to them plus the ham or bacon was compressed meet and the red beans what beans and what rice it was mostly sauce and the mash potatos good but the gravy was watered down. But in the end the chicken was the shiznick.

You can walk in this place and wait at the counter, with no line, for 5-10 minutes before a staff member will talk to you. Theres no "well be with you in a minute sir" or anything like that. The chicken is usually overcooked and dry also. I have loved every Popeyes Ive been to until this one.

Kind of in the middle of the road on this Popeyes. Sometimes the chicken is fresh and hot, but its kind of hard to tell when youre going to get quality and when youre going to get cold chicken. They are willing to fix it if you speak up.

This location is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. 4 out of 5 times they have been out of at least one thing that we wanted to order with no offer to make more we get a simple "we are out". We try to avoid going to this location.
