I have had great pizza from here before and my friends talks this place up along with the owner. I think the problem is the other employees. From frustrating phone calls, late pizza, wrong pizza, squished pizza, not delivering online order at all and being extremely difficult about reversing charges. You would think after the last bit sitting at home thinking you have a meal on its way and you do not. Uggh. I almost never post reviews but I hope the owner sees this so he can make some changes. Even with all the mucking up there was no offer for a discount or heaven forbid a free pizza. Not even any kind of apology, just excuses. I want local business to succeed, but currently I have given up on this joint.

When we called to place our order no one answered for over 1 full minute. We were told delivery would take 1 hour and 45 minutes. When we said we would pick up our pizza, we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We left our house after waiting for 20 minutes and when we got there the girl took our money and told us that we had to wait a few minutes it wasnt ready yet. Place was packed with people waiting, who also ended up waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. We did not get our order for another 30 minutes after standing there. The pizza ended up being burnt. We should have just gotten our money back. We will never go back

one day me and my co workers decided to hangout at NY pizza . so once we got our drinks we sat down for a while and watched the football game , one of my friends ran out of soda and he went to get a refill and the lady at the front desk approached him and said that there was no refills but yet there was no sign saying there was no refills . and she also said there was a reserved spot in the back of the place . but there was nobody there for at least 2 hours so therefore it was a lie . the service was good although she was having rude comments about how we were making a mess which we werent .

We have been ordering from NY for a year now with decent results. Unfortunately, our last order was delivered wrong not once but twice! I am not the type to complain, but the first pizza we were delivered was inedible. The three people I spoke to about the mistakes were rude and tried to blame me for what is essentially a moot point; give me the pizza I asked for and you will keep our future business. I suppose the bullet-point of this presentation is: "ALWAYS check the pizza! The product is great, but the employees are worthless!"

my first 3 times were good and enjoyful. but my 4th there was a rude waitress that said we can only have 1 refill. my coworkers and I spent over 40 dollars and we got very rude service. she lied to us saying that the backroom was reserved but nobody showed up. so me and my pals had to sit in only one booth. finally my coworker went to get a refill and she said that was his last one and that there were hidden cameras and she saw him get all of his refills. thank you for earlier experiences but idk if Ill be coming back

BEST local pizza you will find in area, the NEW owner ASH is always on site helping out and interacting with the patrons making you feel right at home. Also great choices of beer and wine to drink while watching any of the 9 TVs... My family and i plan on visiting as much as possible. oh they also have a small section for parties and such to be reserved!

Me and my wife went and picked up a large thin crust pizza and wings tonight and everything was delicious. We especially like the thin crispy crust its stage crispy all the way to the very end! We loved it. We will go back and highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. And the service at the counter was extremely nice to us

This place is crap! Ordered two large pizzas and 2 large salad, what we got was 2 medium pizza that was nasty looked worse than frozen pizza got one salad and got charged $60!! Would never order from here again!!

this is the best pizza place in town i dont know what happened for the one guy but every time. Ive been there they have been quick, accurate, and friendly. also great sandwiches and dessert

Good pizza. Great meets on combo! No published deals for happy hour so ask. They are generous if you eat in when it is slow so come early! Bread sticks with onion were GREAT

Hour and a half late and no apology. A 15% discount, but at the least they could have said "sorry about the wait" instead of asking if we got the pizza in the end
