Last night, my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza for delivery from Giant Pizza. Id never been there, but I figured they couldnt be worse than Dominos, so what the hell? Our pizza arrived in a timely manner, but after we paid for it and opened it, we discovered that the whole thing was soggy. Not just a little damp from the steam formed by being in the box, no, this pizza was WET. It was so bad that it fell apart when we tried to pick it up. We tried to eat it anyway but it was just too disgusting, so we called to let them know we were displeased with our $26 meal. They couldnt have cared less. They were really rude to us on the phone and when my boyfriend said, "ok so we are displeased with your product and you dont even care at all?" And the manager said something like, "yep." So they gave us a disgusting pizza, then wouldnt even listen when we were trying to tell them. Honestly, I wish Id gone to Dominos. Dont eat at Giant Pizza, and tell your friends not to.

Ill be honest, Ive never eaten here. Im reviewing and giving one star despite that fact, because someone keeps putting flyers from this place on my car while its parked in the semi private parking area of my building. I called them two months ago and the guy was really cool and got my address and said he would take care of it, but then just tonight I found another one, so I called again. This time the guy was a jerk (not sure if it was the same guy), claimed it was another business who was in charge of the flyers, and wouldnt tell me who they were or how to contact them. Then he just hung up. To be fair, its a Friday night, and they were pretty busy when I called, but still. Nobody likes finding flyers on their car, let alone in your own driveway or parking spot. I dont like to hold a grudge, but I also dont like to support businesses that are annoying, so I will not be eating Giant Pizza.

the main complaint i have is the constant fliers they leave on my door, then i gotta go throw em away. i dont like having to do stuff cause of someone else. pizza is just ok. wish someone made a pizza with a chewy crust instead of the bready crusts everyone makes.....

I have been eating at Giant Pizza for years, I have never had a problem with their product or their service. I also prefer them over the big chains, their pizza is no where near as greasy. Their combo also uses much fresher veggies.

Great pizza, awesome price and deals. Everytime they say its ready in 15 min and its not a lie!! Pizza is always ready or coming right out of the oven when I get there.

Giant Pizza rocks! They are fast, consistent, and always friendly. Highly recommended! The garlic cheese bread is my favorite! =)
