I dont know what happened. I used to love this place and they used to be so friendly, but now they are very rude and unprofessional. They decided that they will no longer deliver to your apartment even though they always used to. When I asked about it, I was told it was because of the locked gate. After I told them the gate was open, they agreed to still deliver, but upon arrival the delivery person called me and told me I have to come out to the gate and they will not come to your door. I explained to him that I was just told my pizza would be delivered to my door. But he would not budge, and said that is how its always been. Thats not true, they always used to deliver to your door, but I guess this is a new policy or new delivery person. That wasnt such a huge deal, although I dont see the logic in having to pay full delivery price when you are not getting the full delivery service, but okay. What I cant forgive is the awful service and attitude you receive just when you are placing an order! First I was put on hold, then rushed for my order, then put on hold again. After the order was finished and the man quickly hung up, I had to call back because he neglected to take my credit card information. Guess what he said? "Ill have to call you back". Confused, I just said "Okay" and he hung up. That was 30 minutes ago. I definitely understand how it is to get really busy, but if you could have heard his attitude and tone in his voice you would understand how Im feeling right now. I dont know what happened to the nice old man I used to always see there, but they must have changed staff recently. Oh, and the pizza is good, not the best but not bad either. Its just the service that sucks.

I ordered a pesto pizza for delivery on Thanksgiving, when I opened the box it was burned and it was cold. Furthermore, when I called to get a replacement they would not give one saying " its Thanksgiving" . So really what the guy meant was what do you expect, its Thanksgiving take it or leave it. Superb pizza, you lost my business, and I will tell ALL my friends about this and they will tell two friends and so forth, and so forth! In addition, I called back to inform the order taker that I will be reversing my charge and his reply was " F***k you, f***k off. Now thats good business, right? I let him know I was doing this because they are unwilling to replace the pizza.

So, their hot deal says 2 med 2 topping pizzas, 16 pice cheesy bread sticks, and a choice of "2 liter soda or slice of cheese cake, or 4 bottles water". I called to clarify the cheesecake to fund out that it is a SINGLE SLICE OF CHEESECAKE. Who orders 2 pizzas and 16 bread sticks and only ONE slice of cheesecake? "OK timmy, here is your bite, here little sally, heres yours, one for hubby and one for me". This is the most ludicrous thing I have ever seen. Dont offer this as a deal, I can see offering 4 slices and making the price a little higher, but dont make it sound like this is a wonderful deal. Stupid. Utterly stupid.

I love superb pizza! My family first introduced me to the superb pizza on Madison and dewey. I live in north highlands and would drive over and pick it up but then I found this one down the street! The pick up special 2 xtra large pizzas and 2 liter of soda is great! Havent tried to get delivery but will try today. I would say 3.9 stars is a good average. Some people have said its hard to get service, which I would concur, BUT its because there is one guy mayyyybe 2 working in this small place. Please be patient, for cheaper pizza it is awesome and worth the wait.

I ordered food online for delivery, order went through at 6:37 pm and it said my order would arrive in 30-60 minutes. So i waited, and it had been over an hour, so i called. They put me on hold for 5 minutes and when they finally came back i asked how come i hadnt received my order, and he asked whats your address and when i told him he said "oh yeah, that one. It wil be there in ten minutes." Its now 8:15 pm and my food STILL HASNT ARRIVED. MY KIDS ARE HUNGRY. IM SO DISAPPOINTED. NEXT TIME I WILL TAKE MY $75 ELSEWHERE.

Tried ordering pizza in person but couldnt. Man behind counter was way to busy to even look at me and acknowledge the fact that I was in there. The other man in the back actually making a pizza just looked up, saw me and went back to making the pizza. After standing there and being ignored I decided to leave, to which he still didnt bother looking at me. Im from out of town but even if I was local I would never bother going in again.

Order from this place once per month, cant beat the price when compared to standard chains like Round Table and Mountain Mikes...delivery times are fast! This location could work on its phone/customer service though...drivers have been very nice though.

I was told to pick it up in 20 minutes, but when I got there they were just starting to build the pizza and was told 8 more minutes. Doesnt sound too bad but when you have a baby with you... this extra time doesnt help.

4 stars taged Excellent customer service. I Visited this place 2 years ago and good. Now even better! The dude who runs the place is very polite. Yummy pizza and salad. Recommended for everyone. Cons: Small place.

Is not the worse nor the best pizza. Had a Med. Pizza w/ pepperoni and jalopenios, thin crust. Lacks crispiness on the pepperoni and the bread was soggy. Still ate it but probably will not be eating here again.

really good pizza and even better prices. I highly recommend it. They always have great combo deals, and there are many other choices besides pizza as well. Pizza also comes out in a short amount of time

Guy on the phone is a little rude. Doesnt communicate well. Pizza is great, nice and greasy. Improve your customer service, and place would be 4 stars!

Pizza was absolutely delicious, probably the best Ive had in a couple years. Order the garlic bread, it is terrific and you get a big portion.

Just paid 20 bucks for a 12 " 3 topping pizza. The crust was still doughy. Not impressed, sorry to say. Not worth the money
