Being a small business owner myself, I know how terrible it feels when someone leaves a bad review about your pride and joy. Therefore, I normally dont leave bad reviews for other businesses unless I have an exceptionally bad experience. This Juan Pollo is in my neighborhood and Ive been a patron here for years. Theyve been here a long time. I remember when the service here was wonderful. Youd walk in and the people behind the counter were friendly. Its been a long time since those days and now every time I walk in, their customer service is terrible!!! The lady behind the counter is very...very Rude! It almost feels like she thinks shes doing YOU a favor by even speaking to you. I am getting to the point of taking my business elsewhere. JUAN POLLO! There are other chicken places in Rancho, customer service is key in keeping your business alive. I hope you change your customer service. In these economic times, no one can afford to lose a faithful client. PS get with the times and use a real credit card machine and stop ripping off your customers with an additional .99 fee to use your "ATM" and save your customers the additional $2 non ATM fee from their bank. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Food here is absolutely AMAZING. Obviously, the chicken is the main attraction here. Its slow roasted marinated chicken with that Mexican flare. It falls off the bone so eating with the supplied spork is no problem. =) The only problem with this restaurant is with the management. Horribly unfriendly and once I was refused a refill when I was only short 5 cents by the lady who was the MANAGER. Worst part is Im a regular (+3 visits a week) and she knows this. Since this is the only Juan Pollo close by I dont really have to option of going to another but when I see her working, I walk right out. Cant deny the food though! =p

Remember to use cash. They charge .99 to use your debit card, they transact a withdrawal of at least 20.99 if your order is under $20, and to top it off my bank charged me a non-atm withdrawal fee. Aside from that part, the food is great.
