I love chick fil a... just not this chick fil a anymore. For some reason, one of the supervisors, ashlynn, I believe her name was? Wouldnt honor the one coupon I had that was expired. Seen other chick fil as do it a thousand times to myself and others. I come here all the time but just the way that she handled it turned me off to this location. The cashier was fantastic, but the supervisor seemed in a hurry to get me out of her face and offered no explanation as to why she wouldnt accept my coupon. Not going back.

This is my personal opinion, but if someone asks me if Id rather go to in n out or chik fil a, I choose chik fil a. Always a pleasure coming here and the staff are so nice. Update 4.24.2017 : This is the third time in a row that Ive come to this location over the last 2 weeks and theyve slipped up on my order every time. This is not like them. I think theyre beginning to be too overstaffed. I see at least 10 people behind the counter tripping over each other getting orders out.

I have never had a bad experience over here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is quick, and food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I sit inside for a while and Ill usually just tell myself that Ill throw away my trash in a couple minutes, but theres always someone that walks by and offers to take my tray away. Its that above and beyond service that you dont expect, but just something that you appreciate. Keep up the good work, guys! :)

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star. They messed up my order and when I went back to get the right sandwich they charged me extra! Good customer service is hard to find and they do not have it at all! They lost me, I go there every single day for lunch and I will never return! went back today 11.24.15 and again they messed up my order then on top of it gave me a fork to eat my soup with. this place is a joke!

Great service and love the food. They are very quick here, and do their best to keep things moving as efficiently as possible when the drive through line gets very long. The events they do are great as well, good place to bring kids. Parking lot can get horrendously packed, but if you use the app to order and pay ahead, then just park out of the way and pick it up at the counter, it makes it very easy for take out.

Omg! This place not only serves excellent food but there staff is the friendliest and kindest you can find around here. Almost too good to be true. I hope this place stays this way because customer service like this is not easy to find anymore. The staff is a young crowd but they are so polite. I love the way there always smiling. We need more restaurants like this. Very welcoming :)

Play are needs some love it quite dirty. The barrooms could use a deep cleaning. Service was amazingly fast and the meal was good. Overall the facilities could just use a good once over to really shine. The staff where very helpful. This location is at least satisfactory on the food and staff but needs improvement with the facilities.

Very long time drive through then I got over charged for soup. Got two different totals, then when I questioned I got dunes blonde hair called herself Manger , brittany if she is wearing right name tag. Then forget stupid soup , food was not even hot fries or chicken. Blonde white girl was soooo rude and hastle and stupid.

I am sorry but $10+ for a 12 puny pieces of chicken, 2 leafs of lettuce mixed with some bagged carrot and purple cabbage shreds and a medium soda, is not what I call a good value. To add insult to the injury, chicken pieces were extremely rubbery, making me wish I got the nuggets from McDonalds.

This was my first time eating here. It was pretty good and the service was great. I love how many sauces there are and they dont charge extra for it. Theres also a drive thru. The problem is that there are so many places to eat around that area. The shoppes is right across the street as well.

I love this place for two reasons, First restaurant style service and Great food. What makes this a plus to come back again and again is my son loves eating here. Here a secret kids meal come with a nice book to read or book of stickers trade for a ice cream for free if you like.

Great Service...dont get cranky about the entrance to the drive-in. Its very tricky to navigate when its busy. Its really just the parking lots fault, no one else. Of course, its great to eat like someone else has said, forget about the politics.

I walked in and the line was out the door. Within 3 minutes I was at the front ordering. Minutes later my order was ready. And the sandwich was very good too
