Enough is enough. I typically use their drive through since its "easy" and "convenient" on my way home from work. I have probably gone to this location 8 times in my life. But this is the third and final time weve had our order wrong. I always look at the bag to make sure everything is there, but its unreasonable to expect someone to open up every item individually in the bag to make sure they dont leave out...I dont know...like the main ingredient in the dish. They literally left the chicken out of a chicken bowl...so yeah. That was enough to get back in the car and return it. The apathetic employees refused to even make eye contact upon learning of my displeasure. As nice as I tried to be while informing them of their mistake, they seemed annoyed at the very thought they may have to do their jobs correctly. Even the manager was completely disinterested in the fact that his employees were fielding another complaint. Never again.

Almost every time I go to this location they get my order wrong or incomplete. I have written in multiple times to corporate to resolve the issues Ive had and never get a response back. So at this point they probably owe me over 10 meals. The food is good when they get it right (not very often) but not worth the hassle. Too many other food places to keep getting crappy service and ripped off.

Ordered $10.00 leg and thigh combo told they ran out and I had to get the $13.00 full combo. I said I would wait and they gave me $13.00 combo for $10.00 after someone from grill area told her what to do. Place is dirty. Floors dirty, tables dirty, garbage container open for half my meal but no trash can. Not a pretty sight. Women behind counter, bad people skills.

This place used to run pretty efficiently. Now that theyve remodeled it, it looks great. But its horribly run. The salsa station is disgustingly dirty, the chicken is poorly prepared, and the employees are clueless. 20 minutes to get a chicken family meal. You have one main ingredient.... CHICKEN. Get it together.

This place is terrible! El Pollo Loco is a great place to eat, but stay away from this place. The service sucks and their always out of white meat chicken! How can you be out of chicken, if you only serve chicken??? This is the third time Ive experienced this. Oh, and it takes them for ever to take your order.

Its a toss up with this place. Depending on how they feel or who is there that day your food can be correct and delicious or all wrong and disgusting. When its good its good but the bottom line is that its close and open some what late compared to the other restaurants in the area.

Dr. Shah is a warm and caring vet with an amazing staff. We brought in our critically ill cat and she was nursed back to good health. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend this clinic!
