Horrible service!!!!! Drinks with little to no ice. Waiter checked on us twice, to take our order and then to give us our food. I had to get up and get the bill, and to ask for condiments. Food was barely warm to cold (onion rings were cold). Burgers were okay at best. I watched the Undercover Boss with the CEO of Johnny Rockets and enjoyed the show, it made an impression that he went out to see how his restaurants are doing. Well he needs to go to the one in the Irvine Spectrum and try it out, it is deplorable. If it was not for my wife asking for me to not to make a seen, i would have gotten up and spoke to the manger to complain. The icing on the cake of this appualing experience is that we were charged twice for our meal. How the heck does that happen.

It was ok. The SO & I went because we had a Groupon. I think they are under staffed. I would love to rate this lower, but that seems unfair. We went on a Saturday night, and it was a hot mess. Dirty tables and trash all over the place. It took for forever to place an order, get a drink refilled (with the wrong soda! ) or get the check taken care of. Wait staff seemed grouchy too. But its not their fault there a re nt enough of them. Food was good. Wont be back with out another Groupon.

For some reason, I keep giving Johnny Rockets another chance, hoping that my last bad experience will be my last. Actually, its not that my experiences are terrible or anything, they are just mediocre. If youre in the mood for a run of the mill burger, with stale fries and an okay shake, then Johnny Rockets is for you. If you want to get something better, then just keep on going to the next place.

Overprice Hamburger joint. Waterdowned Shakes (more like chocolate milk than a chocolate shake). They serve Coke products. Pepsi is better. Cleaning product fumes overpowered the food.

every inside table is only feet from the bathrooms.. horrible. There were people waiting in line for the bathrooms next to my table the whole time I was there.
