First of all if you have grammatical errors in your review, you shouldnt be able to review a place. If you are looking for a gourmet burger with great quality ingredients its here. No its not as cheap as McDonalds, but for a couple dollars more I got a great sandwich and fresh cut fries instead of a burger w mystery filler and frozen potatoes. Culinary sauces made my sandwich awesome. So many people want the best food for the cheapest price. Again, dont listen to people who cant spell McDonalds correctly, or use the right version of "youre," you can keep your thoughts to yourself.

So the food here is great. Unfortunately it took them 20 minutes to get fries for my online order. As my break was nearing its end I went back to the counter to request a refund, I then had to wait another 7 minutes for that to happen. By this point I was irritated & the gift card offered wasnt enough to replace the fact that I spent my entire lunch break waiting for food I had ordered 20 minutes ahead. So I left with no food & returned the gift card. I wont be back!

Great burger and everything else on the menu is great too. Fries are just great. Got to try their fresh made lemonades too. But what I really appreciate is the great kids meals. You get a nice quality cheese burger, fries, organic apple juice or other, and a scoop of great quality ice cream for like $7. The kids absolutely loved it. Such a treat. Way better than the $7 cheese sandwich without fries or a drink served next door. Will be back....many a time.

The service really makes this place stand out. They were very patient with my wifes order and willing to substitute/ customize the burgers. The price is reasonable and the burgers are freshly made. Not to mention the wonderful half and half to solve our forever dilemma between onion rings and fries!

Not bad, not fantastic though. I had the classic burger and I have to say Ive had better burgers at McDonnells. In N Out is much better than this and if your in this plaza go to Whole Foods for there burger. The price is that same and the burger is far superior.

Burger lounge is right in line with many of the new $7 - $10 burger joints that have come along. The soda sweetened with cane sugar is nice and the fries are nice as well. I would like to see more options for toppings and sauces going forward.

3 out of 4 employees were great. One was too busy watching the TV to pay attention to my order. All in all, the burger was good, the frys were good. But, it was not worth the price I payed.
