Horrible service!! The waitress had an attitude with me soon as I sat down at the bar. Without an ounce of expression on her face Her greeting began with, "IDs please." After we showed our IDs we waited an additional 10 minutes while she small talked with other customers that had already been served. I ended up asking another waiter for a menu. I asked the bar tender a question about an item on the menu and she stormed away with an attitude then began talking about me and my friend to another waiter. Im not sure what the issue was (racist) but my friend and I immediately walked out. We were only there for about 20 minutes... They must not like black people

Dishonest people!!! I hope they have some attention to this !!! I left my rayban glasses and I called right after we left and they had them with them, they said they would save them for me , but after I went to pick them up from Modesto , they said they stolen from the office, I cant belive they did that!!! What dishonest people and rude!! They suppose to call me and they never did! I just warning people not to trust this place!!! Besides they dont have a good service

Excellent speed of service, but my 3 stars is due to the food. I ordered the mole enchilada plate and was disappointed by the mole being way too sweet, the rice was hard the refried beans lacked flavor. Mole is hit or miss, but rice and beans? Thats true indication of whether a Mexican restaurant is worthy. Honestly, would have been 2 stars, but the margaritas saved the night! We ordered a pitcher of their Cadillac margarita and its certified fresh, pulp included.

My wife and I love this place. They have great salsa, which we both use as kind of litmus test for Mexican food restaurants. The staff is friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and they always have some kind of sporting event on all the big TVs around the place. They even have like taco Wednesdays, or some day of the week. The "street tacos" are around $1.50 each when they have the special. If you like Mexican food, this place is worth a look.

Love this place! Great food. The bar area can get very loud so be aware of that. Most of the time the food is delivered quickly. It is always hot and delicious. My favorite is the super grilled chicken burrito. My second favorite is a combination plate with chicken enchilada and crispy taco. My Dad loves the shrimp and bean burrito, he says he get a shrimp in every bite!

This is our regular spot for sit down Mexican food near home. Excellent staff, best food you could ask for and almost always get sat immediately. Two areas I would personally like to see improvement are margaritas served in margarita traditional style glasses instead of water glasses and cooking time is often slow. Overall very happy though with this resto.

Wonderful: ambiance, food & service. Behind the scenes. This used to be Rue Du Main, French. The muralist was flown to France to sketch what became the street scenes surrounding the upper dining room. Roll forward thirty years. The French store names are now Italian and the scenes still work. Coming here has become a family tradition.

“Amazing Dinner” Acqua E Farina is in the Green Shutter building where Rue d Main used to be - in downtown Hayward. The food is authentic and the quality is fantastic. They offer a broad menu along with daily specials. Great appetizers, too. My wife had chicken pesto pasta, and I had the special - Seafood pasta.

It was cute little place. I was hyped for the food and it didnt meet my complete expectations but it was a decent place. They serve free chips and salsa before your meal which is great. If youre looking for a Mexican restaurant but are creaving shrimp then ypu should definitely try their shrimp taco.

Every time I visit Northern California I make it a point to dine with my family at The Mexican Restaurant. The owner is sensational, warm and welcoming. The staff are very professional with timely and precise service. The food is exceptional, so delicious and the visual is very impressive.

I love the seafood sample platter & the ice cream with rompope for dessert. They have a very nice bar, but I am not much of a drinker. On Wednesdays they have dollar tacos all day, which has become more of a weekly tradition with my family. I like the quality of their carne asada.

This was done off the best Mexican food Ive had, period. The shrimp ceviche tacos were incredible. The sauce was slightly sweet with a mole consistency. The carne asada torta was great, too. The bun was perfectly toasted and the slab of queso fresco was really nice. Well be back!

The location and setting is perfect. A small restraint in what feels like the middle of a residential neighborhood. A family owned and run business and it feels that way. Super friendly, super clean, and personalized decor. A mix between a rustic hunting cabin and a 50"s Diner.

“Authentic Italian in downtown Hayward!” I have been going to Buon Appetito for quite sometime and they never disappoint. My favorite is the Conchiglie al Pollo. My better half ALWAYS gets the Petto di Poll al carciofi. Always good. Easy to get to and lots of parking around.

“Taste of Childhood” It starts with the heavenly fragrance of steaming hot dogs when you walk in. Pure comfort food, enjoyed by my family since we were little kids. Nothing like sitting at the counter on a rainy day and savoring the best hot dog in town.

I didnt have any food but the drinks were good. I had the pineapple coconut margarita. It had a good kick with jus the right amount of flavor. They give u a lil bowl of refried beans with your complimentary chips and salsa. I wasnt expecting that.

It was very noisy and extremely stuffy! Our server forgot about us! The carne asada was fatty. But the salsa and chips were very good! The ladies bathroom is terrible, out of hand soap and doors didnt lock. I will not go back!
