Excellent option for fresh, bright, healthy food! Flavors are simple and delicious with predominately olive oil, citrus and seafood ingredients. We are very happy to have this as an option when we tire of the standard Italian fare found in the area. The sea bass was wonderful and the copper river salmon special was cooked perfectly (nothing worse than getting over-cooked salmon!). The insalata di mare was very good and the light dressing allowed the seafood to shine. The decor is fabulous - very elegant but comfortable. Service was very good - attentive but not intrusive. Specialty cocktails were also yummy - the Blu Sardinian House Martini is especially good. Highly recommended although expensive.

Great food - fantastic experience! My wife (a foodie) and I went to opening night and were thrilled! We were immediately welcomed by warmth and friendship. The first thing we noticed was how unique and beautiful the pizza oven and artwork was. The food smelled great so we were anxious to dig in. When we sampled the pizzas we couldnt believe how fresh and authentic they tasted. Were a family with kids who love pizza so we eat a lot of em - this is the best weve had. The other menu items we tried all made the same impression...fresh and so authentically good. The wrap around bar was fun and the staff was amazing. This is the best thing to happen to our area in quite some time!

I would give 4.5 stars. Been here 3 times so far. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great with Sardinian decor, classic Italian seating, and a wood-fire stove. They have unique Sardinian wine and food. For the price, the food is not at 5 stars, but it is still good and I go back for the interesting factor. If you want cheap but still good Italian food, go to Tropea. Blue Sardinias food is still more upscale than Tropea. You are mostly getting what you paid for. One turn off this time I went was that it was packed and there was not much space for seating. One server bumped me to squeeze in between the tables. Their desserts are great!

My first time there; went with a group of 20 for lunch. Décor is modern with beautiful light fixtures and artwork throughout. Unique semi-circle bar area in front with smaller tables. I ordered the salmon with fava beans, artichoke hearts and split grape tomatoes. Best salmon Ive ever had and the light, lemony sauce was amazing. A large variety to choose from; pastas, soup/salads, traditional Sardinian dishes. Desserts looked delicious but I was too full from lunch. Prices, I thought, were reasonable for the amount of food you recd. Staff was very attentive. Will definitely go back.

Nice looking resturant, but way better food in Redmond for a fraction of the price, with just as good service and ambiance. The lamb was overcooked with an ok sauce. No different than JJ Mahoneys in the same square, but twice the price. The muscles and clams were not cleaned properly and were full of grit. The bread was tastless. The service was good and the esablishment is beutiful, but not a Redmond atmosphere. Again, Redmond has many great resturants, this one doesnt make the cut. They only opened a few days ago, so i will try again and revise if waranted.

If you have any clue about cooking or fine dining, this is the place to go. You are being served 5 star food at half the price. The owner takes pride in his establishment. I had a small issue with the hostess being rude. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The quality of the food. I cant say enough. Fresh ingredients. Seafood that you would expect they caught that morning. Everything handmade. Wow is all I can say!!! I could go on and on. But I will leave it with wow.

The place was jumping (Saturday night), and it had a great buzz. The food was great (especially the Culurgiones). The wine list was a nice selection of Italian, Washington State and California wines. We didnt have the pizza, but it was clearly a popular item on the menu. Our server took great care of us, checking in often since the food was moving a bit slow because of the crowds. It was much appreciated and very well handled. I highly recommend Blu Sardinia if you are in the area.

The food is ok, but totally overpriced. The service is barely average. Making a reservation is useless: we had one and were told to sit at the bar if we wanted to have dinner. The girl was as unfriendly as possible. We wont be back. As for the person who left a 5 star review, interestingly enough thats the head of the company which built the restaurants website. I found out by coincidence, but talk about a conflict of interest...

My wife and I went here because we were looking for a new place to try. We went in not sure what to expect. Our server was very nice and helpful. I had the roast duck with a delicious berry sauce and some polenta. My wife has the veal meatball tagliatelle which she enjoyed very much. The gelato was also very nice. The lemoncello flavor was the best one we ate.

Premium price but not premium. Went there around Valentines day shortly after they opened. The waiter seemed inexperienced and visited our table too often without anything to say (he kept asking if we had questions). Way overpriced. Judging by the interior design it looks like theyre targeting a high end market, but the food quality just isnt there.

Wonderful owner & wait staff, which always makes for a good begi ning. The food is delicious, perfect portions leaving room for their remarkable desserts. Will definitely return and if you get a chance be sure to try their rabbit when they have it - incredibly tasty.

The food is very delicious and the service is excellent. We were there to have lunch with two kids and a baby. The little ones were treated with respect and love. I am happy to recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good food served with pride.

Bad experience, scallops full of shells and under cooked, waiter stopped by and asked the person buying how his lunch was and ignored the rest of us, never came back to the table. We all tried to get his attention but were ignored. Wont go back.

Excellent service! We had reservations, so there was no wait. They were very accommodating and didnt make us feel rushed. The food was excellent. I wish I had asked them what olive oil they use. Id go back just for their bread and olive oil.

4.5/5 Prompt service. Great flavors. But the stripmall venue is just a little ghetto for $50+ per person. Needs bigger trees to block the view and set the mood. We sat outside next to the drug store ... Still really good, will return!

One of the best restaurants we have found in the greater Seattle area. Excellent food, outstanding ambience and the service was very professional. We have already made a second reservation (we live in Seabeck, about 70 miles away).

We liked it the first time we visited, but our second visit was very disappointing. I ordered clams, but found that lots of clams had broken shells (which should usually be tossed away during cleaning), and they werent fresh.

Excellent food. Unique tastes of sauces and ingredients. They source their ingredients locally, so every thing is fresh. Waitress was knowledgeable of the foods and blends used for each serving. Very pleasant experience.
