Avoid the insane parking and lines at Sams chowder house across the street, come check this place out instead! We had the chicken korma and prawn goa curry - both excellent! A variety of nan flavors to choose from including cherry almond, garlic, jalepeno, etc. Ambiance: clean open space with colorful decor, complimented well by several traditional (low-to-the-ground seating) booths that accommodate large groups. Prices are slightly elevated (this is a tourist area) but overall its completely worthwhile.

I feel like this place is a mix of fantastic and meh, so they get a 3. The dal was really unpleasant. It tastes burnt and weird. The samosas and cheese pakora are So Good. The chicken tiki kabobs are dreamy they are so good. The butter chicken is... not so good. The Hyderabadi is good, but tastes surprisingly like Chinese food. I dont know what it is about the spice blend. The goat cheese naan is ok but not amazing.

A different Indian place. Serves seafood dishes not found at other Americanized Indian restaurants. Have you had calamari curry? Slightly better is to go with the seafood mix (includes calamari). A little pricey (but the unusual dishes makes this a different place). Not a place with a lunch buffet like many Indian places. Across from the overflowing Sams Chowder house but on the side road with way easier parking.

We were on the road and decided to go in for lunch. Service was attentive and courteous. Food was bad, seemed like the two veg dishes we ordered were made from a common base, the naans were rock hard seconds after they reached the table and the dal was spicy beyond repair (which also they attempted). Seeing our displeasure they offered us complimentary kheer which was decent.

Our first time there, as it just opened a few weeks ago. We shared vegetable pakora, dal, chicken tikka masala, and an order of nan. Although we ordered it mild, it was too mild... Next time will try medium spicy. Tasted fresh, not too heavy or oily. A new addition to our coastside favorites. Definitely better than the Ark in HMB.

Food was very good. I had lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and was the only diner in the entire restaurant. There is a bar, regular tables and booths where you sit on cushions on the floor. Nicely decorated. Prices seemed just a bit high for lunch.

This is the best Indian food restaurant in the area and the prices are really good compared to other restaurants nearby. We love to go their with my husband amd friends. They bake the naans in the oven on site. Really nice staff. Highly recommend.
