If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a munchie meal and just asked for ranch on my tacos and NO taco sauce. When Andrea handed me the box it only had my burger in it NOTHING ELSE. So, I go back and asked for the rest of my meal. She acted like I put her out and gave me my half-size fries and tacos. And the tacos had taco sauce!!!! I go back and reminded her POLITELY and she told me I had to wait 5 minutes? I used to work at jack in the box in another town and I KNOW it doesnt take that long, but I waited. She tried to get me to grab the tacos at the counter after screwing up my order twice already, so I told her she can bring it to my table, which she did and basically threw it at me. So pissed!

dumbest commercials ever. They need a better logo representative then a man with a white ball and pointed nose on his head pretending to be a jack in the box. Dumbness crap i have seen thing ever. ps the little heads were so much better and they were not that good. Rethink....

Ive gone to this Jack in the Box for over 12 years & I have never experienced one bad trip. Good food, good service, good attitude. I only rate it 4 stars because its fast food & there are a few other fast food restaurants I enjoy just slightly more.
