I have been here twice, and was disappointed both times. The food is mediocre, but thats not the real issue. BOTH times I was there, the service was very poor, and the employees have terrible attitudes. My boyfriend and I decided to give them a second chance today, and went in for cupcakes (we chalked up our last experience to it being busy, or the server having a bad day). There was only one other patron inside when we arrived, and the lady behind the counter acted annoyed with our presence. She rolled her eyes at us when my boyfriend asked about the types of cupcakes available today. After we paid and thanked her, she responded with "okay", and Im fairly certain that she hasnt smiled in at least a week. Never again.

I found this Bakery via their FB page. Their seashell cupcakes caught my eye. I decided to use them for my daughters 4th Birthday. Jessica was super friendly & helped me create a Custom Western themed cake & cupcakes. We recd tons of compliments on the cakes appearance. It was enjoyable to hear our guests taste the cake. "Man this cake is GOOD!" "Whered you get this cake?!?" The cake was a hit! =) Weve used them 4 times this past year. Each time its the same thing. We get a ton of compliments on the cakes. My husband is super picky when it comes to the kids cakes and this is the only bakery that meets his cake standards. Moist, Fresh & Excellent taste. Im excited to pick up my custom kitty cupcakes today!!

I Love Burgess Bakery! The Owner is wonderful. Ive purchased many different bake goods there and everything is delicious! We bought our beautiful wedding cake five years ago, it was beautiful, fresh and tasty! The birthday cakes Ive ordered and the decorating is wonderful too! Excellent cakes and baked good. Super friendly and helpful staff that guided my wife to get the perfect cake for her birthday. We went with a cake. The frosting was flavored perfectly, creamy but still fluffy. The custard in the middle was perfectly flavored. The cake was moist and perfectly done. Such a great experience!

Decent little small town bakery. They have good cookies and pastries, but dont really have anything super special. I went in around Christmas hoping Id find some fancy holiday items, but they didnt have anything. It has a decent atmosphere and is a good place to stop for a quick treat after a run or a ride.

Be careful. The owner does not bend over backwards for anyone, even repeat customers! I tried to get a cake for my daughters birthday a day ahead and she would not do it. We will never go there again. Now my daughter will not have the cake she wanted and I am sure they dont really care!

Best restaurant Ive ever been to hands down. Great service and the food was above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced. Ive already recommended it to all of my family and friends and I recommend it to you as well. Just go there and youll see what Im talking about

Best bakery in south county. Great customer service. Good pies, pastry, cookies and bread. I recently ordered a beautiful wedding cake. It was delivered on time and it was delicious. The holiday platers are good too! Good place to relax and have coffee.
