Came here for dinner last night while visiting my brother and parents. While I liked the interior decor and overall atmosphere, I thought the service and food could both use some improvement. It seems like they may have been understaffed (it was a holiday weekend), as in general the service was friendly but inattentive. They switched servers midway throughout the meal without notifying us and we went through long periods without anyone coming by to check if we needed anything (e.g. drink refills). Towards the end of the meal, our server had taken over running the bar (again, no handoff to a new person), and it took a very long time to get the check and then we ended up having to go and hunt someone down to actually process the payment. As for the food itself, the menu was quite extensive and offered a lot of variety. The portions were good-sized, but everything was very heavy. The duck tacos, mac and cheese, and fried chicken were all really, really filling and you could definitely taste a lot of butter and fat. That’s not necessarily a bad thing (and some people go out to eat at restaurants specifically for that reason), but in my experience, overuse of butter and oil to this degree detracts from the meal and masks the nuance in flavors I tend to prefer. Overall the meal was a bit heavy and the service needs some work. Given the price point, I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

I had a great experience a few weeks ago for appetizers and happy hour but would never come back after the way we were treated for breakfast brunch yesterday. We came in at 10am on Sunday after church with a group of 8. 4 adults 4 kids. The restaurant was empty and the hostess seemed frazzled and then a male co worker whispered in her ear and something. We asked for a table she said they didnt have any we said its empty outside and 25% full inside. She said she had one large group of 12 just confirm so they didnt have any space. We said we are fine sitting in two groups of four or at the bar. She said we cant do that right now. So I said if a group of four people came in you wouldnt let them sit at the bar or the entire patio that was empty. She said for brunch we expect people to eat for about two hours and our kitchen is at 50% capacity already. So we dont have space. I had her explain it again and she was clueless. So never again. We ended up trying Early Toast and it was amazing. 5 stairs for them.

Milestone is my go-to place for comfort food, interesting selections, great service and fun drinks. The adult rootbeer sundae is a must-try. They have appetizers of cooked vegetables like cauliflower that is large, hearty and flavorful. I have only been to brunch once (because I live pretty far away), but it was the best brunch I have had in the area. The decor is interesting, the staff friendly, and the owners remember me and what I have ordered in the past. (Who does that any more??) I would recommend for a date, a business meeting, with friends before a show, or just as a casual happy hour or a long lunch. I have never been disappointed and would highly recommend this place.

My family had a great experience at Milestone. We were hoping for outside seating but the inside dining experience turned out great. The waiter and the servers were attentive and without being overbearing. They were genuinely enthusiastic, pleasant & professional. They alllowed us to have your own space and we did not feel rushed. The atmosphere is fresh, very clean, tasteful & appropriately lighted. The background music was just the right volume- nice remixed & original jazz, R & B, new stuff. Now the FOOD- Excellent! Flavorful, fresh, generous portions, reasonably priced & well presented. It gives one a good reason to go out to eat. Yes, we will be back.

Fabulous food. Weve been there at least 6 times and each time I am more impressed. Brussel sprout appetizer, omlettes, grilled cheese, waffles, bacon, banana cream pie- fantastic! We love how you can customize your own mimosa with exactly the amount of juice you would like. Outdoor seating is beautiful with the fountain in the background. The service has always been fantastic. Kourtney, in particular is delightful and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This place has amazing food!! I personally came here for brunch and between myself and the rest of our table,we tried a lot of different items from the menu and everything was beyond awesome! My favorite were the pancakes! I have another friend who came here for dinner and said her experience was equally as amazing as mine. Next up for me here will be dinner! But I will definitely be back again for brunch too.

Taking friends tonight for our fourth visit. Working our way through the menu, have not had a loser yet. Fun to sit in bar area and make a meal out of the smaller bites. Enough variety in wine and beer list to cover most tastes. Service helpful and friendly, but restaurant is very popular so sometimes they take a few extra minutes. Relax and have another beer.

Best item about my meal was the Frank Family wine!! The Cesar salad was gleeming with oil and tasted so bad it could not be eaten. The sauce on the salmon was excessive with salt.. My friend had a chopped salad that needed a lot of chopping. Very disappointed.

I had the snapper. It was good, but it only came with veggies, and was a bit smaller than I expected. To be fair, the waitress did say it was small. Apparently, I didnt believe her. So, believe me. Its a bit on the small side.

Youve gotta try their fried chicken. If you like this place also look around the corner for Aji Japanese bistro, its owned by the same man and is equally as good.

The food was over salted, the recommended wine was terribly astringent and the service was slow. Do not recommend.
