Being from the East Coast I oft daydream of my life altering coffee experience I had from the moment I was within aroma distance. This place is the next level of next level! Master baristas operate like mad scientists amidst a balcony of Mac users typing their caffeinated fingers to the bone. Coffee is churning and turning in gigantic roasters. Massive bags of uncooked beans surround this coffee Wonks factory! The sprogs they do flow! The flavors supreme and smooth. Ah how I miss you! If youre in this cosmopolitan paradise Sight glass is a must!

Such a nice, peaceful coffee shop. Actually it makes me sad how quiet and peaceful this place is because it should be busy! The guy remembered me even though i hadnt been in here for at least a month or two. Great coffee and there always seems to be parking when i come here. Not a great place to study with a laptop and a lot of stuff but no big deal.

Possibly the best coffee shop in Southern California. But this isnt for people who like the taste of burnt coffee (Starbucks, Coffee Bean, etc.). This is very flavorful and roasted to perfection by the Heart Roasters in Portland. Truly a treasure. Side Note: For those in Santa Clarita, check out Mug Shot Coffee.

High Quality Coffee. It is unfortunate how often you get bad coffee at a coffee house but not at Coffee Roots. Simple high quality coffee everytime. Starbucks is good at adding sugar and fat in delicious ways to cover their crappy coffee. House Roots is actually good at making coffee.

I had the iced chai latte here and it was really good! I liked their ice cubes for some reason. They staff was super nice too. I wish they had a table or two that would fit a few people but thats the only thing. I would totally go back.

The real deal in a very unexpected location. Beautiful little place to have a really good cup. The espresso is complex with a light crema on top and artfully presented; a clear indicator of their attention to detail. They dont mess around.
