If I can put no stars I will! This was there worst service I have ever received. They morning of 1/31/2017 at 6:45 my daughter walked in to order I realized that it was already 7 and no one was inside their store. My daughter was still waiting in line to get her drink and everyone was just walking past not making any drinks and then I tell them if they are going to make our drinks and they said yes what did you get?! Are you kidding me after almost 15 minutes you dont know what I got ! Then they make my daughters drink and they say are you waiting for anything else forgetting my drink! This is the worst service ever !! I ended up leaving at 7:20 from here, no one was in line or inside I hope their manager reads this.

I am a regular customer at this location at the drive through but today the line was too long so i decided to do a walk in order. Its a big mistake. I order 3 drinks total. 1) . Venti Caramel Frap and 2) Trenta Strawberry acai x2. Since the Strawberry was ranout so i get the Very Berry instead. I waited and at least 4 ppl after me get their drinks ahead of me. I was even more disappointed when my 2 refresher come out. It doesnt have any Berry in the drink and I was been notify at the time of ordering. I ended up getting my refund back for my 2 trenta Very Berry.

I am not a very picky person when it comes to coffee but the cappuccino I got here was the worst ever. Seems like I am drinking pure water and there is no coffee in it. I woke up in a bad need of coffee so I drove there to get one but it was so bad I could not take even a few sips. By the way, I frequently buy cappuccino from different Starbucks coffee shops and never had a problem like this. Ps. I am not the type of person that always writes bad reviews. To be honest this is the first review I am writing.

This morning 10/26/16 I was waiting in front of the serving area and as soon i turn my head to the sandwich area.. I saw a female cleaning the inside of the glass wearing a gray tanktop/tattoos all over back and arms she had her armpit inside of the glass cabinet...That is very unhealthy and unsanitary, This is unacceptable and totally wrong Note: " Customers keep your eyes on your orders to make sure how its been prepared "

Location is ghetto. Cashier named Lupe was very rude and said I could not have an iced coffee refill because I had walked out of the store location and came back in. So If you buy a coffee and drink it in the outside patio you cannot get a refill. Manager on duty looked like a prepubescent boy and said that I would have to pay regular price for a refill. Ghetto North Hills, why am I surprised.

Horrible experience here !!! They give you bad drinks !! Dont even know how to make them always pack if you do Mobil orders they have them where people could easily put something in it or grab them the supervisor seems like if a coustumer lieing ? Just go cause it close by but never again !! They have this job for good costumer service

Saturday 6pm, not busy like other times, there was 1 car ahead of me and some how still managed to take 10min for 2 drinks. to top it all off, a drink that i have been in love with, was totally ruined. double chocolate chip, double blended, white mocha, blend with whip cream. i have no idea what i got but it was not what i order.

Came here for the first time and felt very welcomed. The young gentlemen working were very kind and told us their favorites & the new pies they had. I got the cereal killer cheesecake and it was so yummy! My friend had the strawberry hand pie with vanilla ice cream and that was very good as well.

Really bad customer service, the cashier was so rude and impolite, was like he was forced to work there. The barista was sweet, my drink wasnt quite right but he nicely offered to make me a new one.... after all this is not one of my favorite locations, wouldnt come back here

GREAT staff, friendly, easy to talk to and they know your name and what you order even if you just go in once a week and order the same thing everytime. The staff is upbeat and happy to be there, they always are smiling they make you feel comfortable and appreciated.

the most bad service, rude people, always really dirty... when they dont have soi milk or almond milk the mixed the milks.. Im allergic to lactose. they make me sick with milk many time. just be careful with this place.

This is a relatively newer Starbucks with a drive thru and renovated interior. The baristas are nice and they usually get the drinks out pretty quickly. Nice outdoor seating area (not nice view) is also a plus.

The focus on this store always seems to be on the drive though so order from your car if you want to get out quick. Otherwise expect a longer wait every time inside.

Always clean and the employees are always kind. Best Starbucks I have ever been to and I highly recommend this place. Walk in or drive thru. Best ever!!!
