Decent service, drinks are pretty consistent. Only gripes to speak of: this location needs better sanitation...always have to deal w/flies and gnats...its getting worse and becoming a major turnoff. Wifi is a JOKE!!! One of, if not the worst in the valley for a Starbucks chain. If you need to conduct business on your tablet or laptop, skip this place. It be nice if the staff didnt were more mindful of freeloaders and homeless people just sitting on the laptops in the morning clogging up bandwitth and not buying anything - ITS VERY ANNOYING. Solution: do what they do in Hollywood...buy something or go somewhere else, geez!

Never going back here! Horrible pot head service. Ordered decaf and they gave me regular. Kept me up all night... Last night I met a friend there, ordered a Decaf and bought a sandwich for them to warm up. They never called my name, and 15 min later the coffee and sandwich was just sitting there. And when I was still wide awake at 4:30am, I realized it wasnt decaf. Now Im dead tired at work.. Not going back- despite the good location. Horrible service

Good quick service with courtesy & smile. The parking is no hassle but it can get packed at times. Seating situation is bad because people likes to stay there all day. The coolest part about this Starbucks is their complimentary wireless charging pad. Good for any phone/portable device model. Food is fresh and well made. I had the pumpkin spice Frappucino and I didnt like it. Id still come back again for other stuff though!

From a service perspective, everyone is fast, friendly, and efficient. The only negatives are the location - its a small space in a strip mall with a very tiny parking lot. Best bet is to walk here and not have high expectations on finding a table unless you come early or late. The hours here are great however, as theyre open to midnight which is uncommon for Starbucks in the valley.

The drinks are hastily mixed and blended, there is always someone training due to their high turnover and this results in lackluster service. The crowd is unusally gross and weird for this neighborhood. Lots of shifty panhandlers and shady "musicians" loitering around the door who are always begging or giving you the evil eye. The often broken windows are never repaired.

Love this place! Its my favorite Starbucks in the Valley by far. The baristas are really friendly and welcoming (they gladly redo your order or give extra pumps if you ask). Its a great place to study and there are some nice places to get lunch at the same plaza. It has a chill vibe that I havent quite found at any other Starbucks.

Love this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly and cheerful and there are plenty of places to sit and work - lots of outlets so I can spend hours here writing. Im not even that crazy about Starbucks coffee or food, but the atmosphere is so nice, I find myself coming here more and more.

This SB is walking distance from my place yet, I wouldnt mind walking to another SB 1 mile away. I try to avoid this SB at all cost. The staff can never make the right drink for me....perhaps the wannabee Biker Gang (in Sherman Oaks?????) that hangs out there all day intimidates them.

Its like any other Starbucks. Sitting is limitted sometimes. Smokets are a bother outside around sitting area as always. And prices for food is to expensive for a coffee shop and for what is offered. Starbucks should be asked to cut the prices down by %50 for its Rewards member.

Seating is a bit less and therefore one is more likely to have to sit next to other people on the counter rather than getting a table for ones self. Google WiFi versus slower AT&T wifi. Beyond that pretty usual Starbucks. Closes later than nearer Starbucks so thats nice.

Pretty crowded - pretty cramped - crappy parking - not one of my favorite Starbucks - everything inside is fine and the Baristas are friendly but just too much work for a coffee drink
